This company was very prompt in calling and scheduling on a holiday weekend for a garage spring repair. The technician, Troy, was very personable and conscientious. He also pointed out areas for ongoing home maintenance to prevent future problems. Interesting enough, he pointed out areas that were not lubricated by a rival company that had done a "tune up" in the past year.

Quick turnaround time

My garage door opener broke today, Saturday. I contacted Home Advisor, was connected immediately to Go Pro Garage Door, Inc. Two hours later the technician arrived as promised, and efficiently repaired the several broken parts within an hour. The same day service was prompt and excellent. Thank you Jason!!

Arrived promptly and gave me a bid to replace the main springs. After I told them theirs was not the low bid, they adjusted the bid since they were already at my residence. Work was of high quality and price was very competitive.

I had an amazing experience with Go Pro Garage Doors today! Garage door got stuck on Saturday morning. I spent half a day trying to fix it myself and finally found those guys through the homeadvisor. I made an appointment for Monday morning. They called me back and offered to fix it the same day which I gladly accepted. Troy showed up, immediately identified the problem, and fixed the broken springs. Then he also suggested that all wheels are bad and need a replacement too. The whole project took a bit more than an hour. No waiting to order the parts, no trips to the store, everything was readily available in his truck. Garage door is working perfectly. If previously I've heard the grounding noise of the door wheels when the door was moving, now I hear how motor work. The door become very quite... :-) Thanks a lot for your help, Troy!
