Once they committed to the repair they stuck with it despite closed roads and my door was fixed by nightfall. Very important when you live in the woods.

They had a very clear and straightforward process of determining what the repair costs will be PRIOR to starting the work, which is not always the case with many pros. I also had a $50.00 off coupon for first-time customers however, they honored another promotion instead because it gave me a larger discount! I am very happy with the work and the repairman, Beau was a knowledgable and personable guy. I would absolutely hire them again, if I have the need.

They provide okay work, however their communication is very poor. Witch gives an unprofessional outlook on the company, compared to other contractors.

I was supposed to receive a $50 off promotion for first time customers and senior citizens, but that was not honored. Perhaps you should remove the promotion from your website.

They came within an hour, took less than an hour to fix broken garage tension cable. Competitive pricing was plus.

Price is little higher.

Courteous phone call notifying me the tech would be arriving towards the later portion of the service/appointment window. Text message 30 mins before arrival. Exact cost for repair before work began. Garage door works better now then it has since I've been at this location.
