Tim negotiated with the insurance company and quickly finished repairs to Bathrooms, Kitchens and floors in due time allowing me to put the home on the market. Tim’s advice, listening skills and multi disciplinary knowledge helped me enormously. I highly recommend Tim and his talented team.
