Really solid, knowledgeable seeming installer. For a same day appointment, he arrived on time, finished quickly, and seemed to really know his stuff. Replacing the 2nd spring wasn't too much more. He mentioned/showed that our spring hardware was a little stripped, so it was actually pretty difficult, but I don't think it gave him more than a few minutes pause.

Robert was able to get out to my home quickly and he did a great job. He explained everything to me about the garage door springs. He also detected and informed me about a problem with our garage door opener that will need attention soon. Very knowledgeable, nice and pleasant gentleman.

Bob showed up in the time frame promised (on the same day that I called no less), surveyed the situation, and quickly solved the problem. He replaced the lag bolts in both roller brackets and lubed the door, and gave me advice on how to lube it in the future. He told me there's a 60-day guarantee on the work, although I don't expect any issues, he said he's seen this occur before and it was solved in this same way without further effort being required. He charged me only for the service call, nothing extra for the hardware, which was 4x4" long bolts.

Excellent service. The installer was able to come out the day after I called for an appointment and did the installation on a Saturday. Our noisy chain drive is now replaced by a significantly quieter belt drive. The door was also adjusted and lubricated. He also helped us program our car's built-in garage door opener.

I was extremely pleased. They were courteous, charged reasonable prices and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Both springs broke to our garage door. Thus, I could not get my cars out. I checked "Angie's List" and after reading some comments, selected this company. They were able to come out within a few hours of my call. Tom did great work. He definitely knows his job!

Excellent. Spring snapped when door was opened. Called at 8AM arrived at 10AM. Had all parts and tools. Worked very fast and efficiently. Very professional, polite, and personable. Price was less than quoted due to Senior discount.

He was able to come by the same day I called, which was great since I didn't want to leave the garage door half-open overnight. He was very professional and explained what could be done to repair the door. He had the parts on hand and completed the job in about half an hour for both doors. It would have been easy for him to convince me that I needed new doors, so I was grateful that we were able to solve the problem for a relatively small fee. He does great work, and I will call him anytime I have problems or questions about our garage doors.

I've used Armstrong at my place of work before and they've always done a good job. So I decided to use them for my home. It's a new home that had the door knocked off of the track a couple of times, so when I finally decided to install an opener it wasn't functioning properly. Robert was able to come out and balance the door as well as replace some necessary parts to get it running smoothly. He also identified a builder problem that he quickly rectified before it became a major problem. Upon completion of the balancing he finished up connecting my opener that I'd left halfway done. He even setup my floor sensors for me. Overall good company and well priced.

I left a phone message regarding my problem late on a Sunday evening. Monday, at 7:30am, I received a phone call. Service man arrived at 8:30am, repaired, advised and was gone by 8:45am. Pleasant, cheerful, helpful with advise. Usual call is $69.00, but he said, "Oh well, just give me $50.00" and was gone. Wonderful, quick response and solution for what was a real emergency for me, as I was unable to leave the property with the garage open (so many home invasions in the area), and I was planning to leave town. I couldn't be more pleased and will certainly call them again if ever the need arises.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST SO SUPERIOR. THEY CHARGED LESS THAN OTHER COMPANIES. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND RESPONSIVE TOO.
