Hi-Tech Builders were introduced to us from our Remediation company following a broken pipe and subsequent slab leak in our home. After the remediation step, Hi-Tech came and provided an estimate for restoration and reconstruction to return our home to the condition prior to the damage incident. We appreciated that they adhered to the estimate as agreed and with a few delays were able to complete the work. Most of the work involved patching and repairing walls that were opened for the restoration and repair work. All through the project they kept us in the communication loop, so we were aware of what was going on. We knew when the workers were coming and what they would be doing. The Communication was good so we were able to be sure we were able to provide the necessary access to our home when they needed to work on it. The workers were courteous and very conscientious. Overall, our experience with Hi-Tech was productive and pleasant, in light of the circumstances that brought us together.

Hi-Tech Builders did a great job on my remodel. The project manager came over and looked at the house. She gave me a quote that included everything. Then I had a contract and a payment plan throughout the project. They were very responsive to my questions and requests. I love the results.

We are very happy with the outcome of our remodel. We started with a major bathroom remodel, bath- to-shower with a structural floor area addition over part of our two story entry, and then added bedroom/dining/living room/hallway lighting and smoothing/painting the whole house. Hi-Tech did a great job providing input to enhance our design ideas, looking for and finding more cost effective vendors than we were finding for new doors/glass enclosure/lighting, and making sure we were satisfied with the finish quality of the work. They are trustworthy and made us feel comfortable at each step, In particular we worked with David Bendavid as our PM and Rache B, in the office, both a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Hi-Tech to friends and family.

David and his team are excellent, professional, friendly and organized. Rachelle managed and coordinated the entire effort-all activities, inspections etc. Leo was my project manager, friendly and helpful. I am loving my bathroom. We gutted the entire room and redid everything including new insulation, pipes and dry wall. My bathroom was old and dark and is now light, bright and airy. I had custom glass shower doors, bathroom niche/box installed. Recessed lights and sconces. Everything is on a timer. I had them install a marble look tile on the floor in a herringbone patter, new custom door. It has become a beautiful room. My partner and I did a complete remodel of our home. We gutted everything from the landscape design, to the tiniest interior design.
