I would like to share with all readers and potential clients how happy I am with all the work that was done on my kitchen, dining room and hallway by Hi-Tech Builders. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion, plus all the crews that did the work were always on time plus their work was superior. I was very comfortable with them being in my home, and they were most polite and respectful. I can only say wonderful things about Hi-Tech Builders. The owner, David, was always ready and willing to answer any and all questions and has a very calming demeanor, especially since this was an insurance claim, he made this experience a very pleasant one. He runs his business like a finely-tuned orchestra. The projects coordinator, Bhey, stayed in touch everyday by telephone and emails with all updates for work to be done the next day. If there were bumps in the road, she was always there to take care of any issue. Celeste, our project manager, came to the house at every phase of each job to make sure I was happy and everything was done correctly. Our new kitchen floor is gorgeous...The new paint in our kitchen and dining room is exquisite...The new carpet in the hallway is fabulous. My husband and I have been working with Hi-Tech Builders for several months, and we could not be happier. On a technical side, the work that has been done has been superb and impressive; their staff is knowledgable, does quick and quality work and have been very attentive to our current and future safety. More than that, though, I have been impressed by the quality of service and customer care. From the beginning they were there to advise us, and several times they have gone to bat for us against the insurance company to ensure that we are getting what we really need from them. The Projects Coordinator we worked with called frequently to check in and make sure we were happy, and they’ve been very accommodating around our schedules and availability. All in all I can’t think of one thing that I would change about their service; they were absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend working with them.

I originally recommended this company, but they didn't follow through on their promises. I would not recommend this company. They over promise and under deliver.

I was pleased with the care and appreciation Mr. Lior Perez and Hi-Tech Builder's Inc., remolded our old house. Mr. Perez and crew made suggestions that helped me determine the best options to bring our dream to reality. I consider myself very fortunate to have found such a wonderful company to remodel our home. The first time I met Lior I noticed he mentioned the adjective AMAZING several times describing the possibilities of what he could do for us on this project. The project is almost complete and I am beginning to use the term AMAZING as well. Thanks Lior, Moises, and Hi-Tech Builder's for all your hard work and effort in making the project AMAZING!

BOTH of my bathrooms turned out gorgeous!! I'm really happy with the way everything went AND the final results. The office team, Patricia, Kristina and Karen were always very responsive to my questions or concerns. Lior and Moses helped me get through the stressful parts of the construction, with a friendly smile every time -- day or night! You guys are simply the best!

I thought by looking around the Web was going to be a burden on looking for some help to improve my house. when I ran into Hi-Tech Builders, Inc. They related on what I wanted and what I need without me trying to explain. very friendly people and with great LOW prices. Hi-Tech Builders Inc. Will also work around your schedule without no pressure. there employee's are also polite and clean with there work. I really give the a two thumps up. Keep up the good work. ADL

This company and field supervisor Joe, knowing the approved plans by the city were incorrect, went ahead and did the demo of removing a termite damage 21 feet beam. Plans were revised and 21 feet had to be replaced the second time. We were promised a 21 feet beam and they ended up cutting the beam without my approval. Workers were working on the second beam till nine at night in a partial dark work area, because of a power outage they caused and not having any knowledge how to turn on the circuit breaker on. This caused the crew workers to cut the jolts uneven and making the kitchen ceiling uneven. We were also promised a post removal for an open concept in the contract, didn't happen due to the plans were done incorrectly the first time. Three posts attached to the beam were framed incorrectly due to their crew working on the framing in the dark causing the posts and ceiling to be incorrect in measurements. Engineering wood floor wall removal section had to be done twice due to the company getting a carpenter worker that had no knowledge in that field, by using a regular hammer to fix the floors and the company wanting to pay less. Drywall had to be done twice due to incorrect measurements and making the posts look incorrect in measurements. Molding around the three posts had to be done twice due to posts bolded to beam were incorrectly not straight. As of today Hi-Tech Builders Inc. has not solved these problems. This company gave us terms and conditions for you to sign, so they can complete the issues you want them to correct without them charging you. It has taken this company four months to complete this project which should have been completed within two months. Hi-Tech Builders Inc. got crew workers from Home Depot with no license, out side subcontractors with and without license to work to make this project a mess. The ones that don't have license, Hi-Tech Builders Inc. gives them one of there t-shirts to put on showing their companies name and license number. Also, beware of their crew workers giving you a false name when you don't like something they do on the project and you ask them for their name. I was not satisfied with the incorrect drywall posts measurements causing the posts to look slanted, when I asked the crew worker for his name because he refused to correct the error, he gave me a false name, I also asked him for his ID and said he didn't have one and told me to have someone else correct it and left my home. David N. the owner of Hi-Tech Builders Inc then came to my home and asked me, what right do I have asking his employees for their name and ID. This company will want to charge you extra for the errors they have caused on the project contract unless you agree on their terms and conditions by not giving them bad reviews, taking them to court and not reporting them to The Contractors State License Board. When the subcontractors and outside crew workers were working on the contract project there was no supervision from Hi-

For quite sometime, We have been planning to add a bathroom to our house.. We had several contractors gave us an estimate but none has presented themselves trustworthy. When we checked, some lied about the length in the business and even the validity of their license. Hi-Tech Builders, gave us an estimate a couple of days ago. Their CEO/ Owner himself David Lachyani, met with us and presented a really good estimate that worked around our budget without sacrificing so much on quality. He presented his and his business credibility well. He gave us the confidence we were looking for in a contractor. I can't wait to get our project started next week and rest assured we will update this review as soon as my bathroom is done.

David and Ben were a pleasure to work with. Both of them were very responsive and really cared about providing quality work and great customer service. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

The quality was t notch. They called every day to keep me informed of work that scheduled. Our bathroom is now beautiful. The wife is happy so everyone is happy.

The job took 2 times as long as quoted, Once the contract was signed poor communication from that point on, they damaged other parts of the house when they were doing the work in other rooms, and they damaged bedroom furniture. The bathroom look good afterwards, but it was an experience I never want to go through again with them.

I would highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to anyone who is renovating or remodeling their home. Even after finding issues with bad wiring they were only a couple days past the timeline they gave me for the project. Any bumps along the way were handled quickly and professionally. My home is like new and I love it. And thanks to the office staff for giving me daily email updates. They were marvelous. Thanks to everyone at Hi Tech Builders for being such a great company to work with.

We were very pleased with Hi-Tech Builders because they were very responsible and responsive during the entire project. It was completed pretty much on schedule and within budget. David, the owner is always available and has a lot of experience so problems are solved quickly. We are very happy with the results and have received many compliments on the remodel. With Hi-Tech you will have professionals who really care that you are satisfied with the results. I would definitely use them again.

We worked with David at High Tech Builders and we could not be more pleased with our experience. David is very professional and knowledgeable and the quality of work was top-notch. They have a full office staff and everyone there was very kind and helpful. They send daily email updates with a recap of the work performed and the names and time-of-arrival for each worker the following day. If anything needed to be done, a simple phone call or email was enough and they took care of it. We could not be happier with the experience and we would highly recommend them!

A good value for the cost!

The process was very smooth, all promises kept, helped me stay on budget and work was finished earlier than promised. David, Davir and Christina were a well coordinated team. They kept all work and workers moving. As far as their subs, they were great.. The quality of the work was exceptional. They were very creative in working around several issues that needed to be resolved before moving forward. For instance, Antonio restructured the window frame in order to accommodate a high profile faucet in the kitchen. Additionally, he traveled to 5 Home Depots just to gather enough material to start and complete the backsplash. Daniel, did quite a bit of touch up painting but did it as an artist would. To give you some idea of their commitment to meet a customer satisfaction, several trucks leaked oil on my pavers in the driveway. At the end of the job, David had paver contractors replace all of the soiled pavers. Additionally, without my knowledge, the glass installers for the shower came to do additional work when I thought the job was completed. What I didn't know was that David was not satisfied with the work and called them back to make good on what he had expected. These are examples of the level of this company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hi-Tech gave me a fair quote and their work met all of my expectations. Our home was built in 1980 and the home builder created soffits in the kitchen ceiling to cover plumbing that went to our master bathroom, which was directly above it. Having a lower ceiling in the kitchen bothered me. Hi-Tech raised the ceiling, worked with city inspectors on getting sign off for city permits, moved plumbing, moving the sink from a corner to facing outside, added new windows, new cabinets, quartz counter tops, marble back splash, added tile where necessary, added new windows, new sink, led lights (ceiling) and led lighting below the cabinets. They gave me a fair pricing and I was thrilled with the quality of work. They went the extra mile by putting in windows that allows one of the window pains to be opened in multiple ways allowing me to clean the window from both sides. The windows have a security lock, which allows me to open the window several inches and be assured that no one can open it any wider. I was so happy with their work that I had them do the Master Bathroom too and would hire them again.
