The owner Danny Tron responded promptly and professionally from the first contact through the entire process of estimating, contracting, color selections, scheduling, supervision of project, quality control and timely completion. His crew foreman, Cesar, was as much a perfectionist as Mr.Tron. The five member crew was kept busy during the entire 2 week project with potted plants, outdoor furniture, numerous decorative items which had to be moved and returned upon completion. Numerous neighbors, friends, relatives and passerbys have commented on the excellent quality of workmanship performed. My husband and I are extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them without reservation. We are planning to contract their services for future interior and rental property painting.

Our house had not been painted in almost ten years and was looking pretty ragged. Danny and his crew at One Way & Paint Design did a wonderful job painting our house and fixing several exterior problems. They removed two large window sills damaged by wood rot, replaced them and reapplied the plaster. There were lots of little details and nooks that needed to be addressed during the painting and One Way Paint did an excellent job. They were very, very detailed oriented and if any issues came up, Danny was very quick to have a solution and quickly resolved the matter. The crew at One Way are very friendly and always made sure to clean up at the end of the day. We could not be happier with how our house looks and the work that One Way Paint did. We're looking forward to having them paint the interior of our home in the future. Our next door neighbor was also so impressed that they hired One Way Paint to paint the exterior of their house as well.

After having used One Way for my interior painting last year, this was an easy decision. Owner Danny Tron was always prompt with appointments and follow-up. Estimating and contracting process was iterative, detailed and accurate. Surface prep was extensive, lasting four days. Advice on color selection/finishes very helpful. All work done on time and within budget. Crew was prompt, respectful and neat; clean-up at the end of every day was appreciated. Best part was quality of the work - which reflected attention to details of prep and painting. Follow-up on "punch list," which was very short, was immediate. Overall, outstanding work once again that I recommend highly without reservation.

They did a really excellent job! They were very organized and pleasant to deal with.

We found this company on Angie's list. They performed a 3-day job, essentially to remove our old acoustical ceilings. On day one, they taped off the rooms with plastic sheeting, put down drop cloths, and removed the acoustical ceiling; on day two they applied the first skim coat of toppign compound to repair ceiling holes and blemishes, and sanded the ceilings. On day three they applied additional skim coat where needed and did a final sanding. They were professional, punctual and took care to be sure we were satisfied with the work at every step of the way. We were very pleased with Danny and his helpers and will use their services for both interior and exterior painting in the future.

I had just bought the condo and I wanted it painted to freshen it up. Danny was very responsive - he usually answered the phone when I called and if I had to leave him a message, he returned my calls within a few hours. He helped me choose colors and I am extremely happy with the choices I made. I had the acoustic ceilings painted too. There was even a hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms made when the ceiling fan was installed and Marco did an amazing job of patching it up - you can't tell there was ever a hole there. The job took about four days which was what I was quoted. I had also mentioned to Danny when the job was done that I would need a hole in the wall patched once the plumber was done with his work and he remembered this and followed up with me. Marco worked his magic again and did a beautiful job.

Danny and his crew did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection. If I ever have any additional interior painting done in the LA area, this is the only company I would hire.

Great. Danny very responsive, and the painters were courteous and thorough. Asked Danny to come up and do some touch-up work, which he did. Unfortunately the color match was off and so Danny came out a second time to do the touch up once more. Again, no problems at all. Overall, they did a very good job on the painting. Only issue I had was that some paint water was poured out on our lawn by one of his painters. We explained the situation to Danny and he assured us that it wouldn't happen again (and I believe him). I highly recommend One-Way Painting. Their prices were also very competitive.

Danny came to the house and gave us a very competitive estimate. He also was great about responding to my emails with questions about the bid and details of the job, and he continued to be very responsive and an excellent communicator throughout the entire job. That's something I really appreciate, because not all contractors are so good at communication. After we accepted Danny's bid, he was also very accommodating as to the schedule of when the job could start (we were having some floor work done before the repaint, and Danny worked with us as the floor job schedule changed). On the day the job started, Danny came to the house with the crew that was going to be doing the work. He introduced everyone to me and made sure everything was set before the crew started to work. We did a walkthrough of the house with Patrick, the painting crew chief, and they confirmed with me the different colors for each of the rooms, and other details about how the job would proceed. They explained the entire process to me and made sure that I understood what was happening and on what schedule each phase of the work would take place. Also, Danny and his team were very accommodating as to our pets. We have three cats and two dogs, and Danny agreed that the animals could stay in our bedroom while the painters did the entire house, and the bedroom would be saved for the last day when the animals could then be in another area of the house. We really appreciated how careful Patrick, the crew chief, was with our pets and the concern he showed as to their well-being regarding the paint fumes and making sure the animals were safely secured in the bedroom. Patrick even asked me if he should let the dogs out in the yard or to check on their water dish throughout the day (that wasn't necessary but was much appreciated). We love our pets and we really appreciated the care and concern and consideration that Danny, Patrick, and the other crew members showed for our animals. The prep work is vital to having a good paint job, and we were very impressed with how thoroughly the crew prepped every surface. They cleaned up and patched every crack, hole, ding, and mark in the walls and moldings, and every surface was perfectly prepped. They also carefully taped around each pane of glass and along the floor beside each of the moldings. Also, there is a mural in my home office that my wife painted for me, and that mural has a lot of importance and emotional significance to me. I told the crew how important that mural is to me and insisted that they must take very good care of it and not get any paint on it or cause it any kind of damage at all. They were so careful with the mural; they covered it very carefully with paper and protected it perfectly. I was very grateful for that. After all the prep work was done, the painting began, and that part of the job went as smoothly as the prep work. It was a top-notch professional job, and the walls, ceilings, moldings, and window frames look great. Patrick, the crew chief, checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been completed, and I was. They really did a perfect job. We also appreciated how carefully they cleaned up after themselves. They left the house in excellent order when they were finished. And lastly, Danny and his entire crew were all very nice people. It was a pleasure to work with them, and they not only did a great job, they were also very fun people to work with. Patrick and I had a lot of laughs, and it was a pleasure to have him and his crew in our home. In a few years we'll be ready to repaint the exterior of our house, and I will without a doubt invite One Way Paint and Design to submit a bid for the job. There is no question that they would do as excellent a job on the outside of our house as they did on the inside. We are very satisfied customers, not only with the paint job, but with the entire experience of working with Danny and Patrick and the entire crew. Danny came out and put together a very detailed quote in a timely manner. He and his crew always showed up on time. His crew was very friendly and did a great job at protecting furniture and electronic equipment. They always did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day as well. They were doing such a great job, the building owner added on additional work. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I contacted Danny for a quote on interior house painting for a new house we have bought. I told him what the builder quoted to do the same job, and he told me the price was competitive and that he would be unable to beat the builder's quoted cost. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforward manner, and will be sure to call him first if we need painting services in the future.

Danny's team did an excellent job- they were willing to work odd hours around my job, finishing up on a weekend, and their work was well done. They were quick, efficient, and pleasant. I did have to have them do a few touchups, but I think the homeowner always has the most critical eye, and they happily made the small changes I requested.

Moving and subsequent return of all furniture, accessories and personal belongings was careful and considerate. Quality of work, including design/color suggestions, was first-class and full-service. Overall, a very satisfying experience and a job well done. Based on this experience, I intend to use One Way Paint & Design to repaint the exterior of my home soon.

Danny Tron's expert crew did a fantastic job. They took a tired and challenging Aiken designed vintage home that I recently purchased and transformed it into a beautiful piece of art. The work proved to be far more demanding than I had thought. However, the crew worked from 7 AM until 4 to 6 PM each day in a professional and efficient manner, overcoming all obstacles. Moreover, they did their work in a cheerful and respectful manner. They took great care to protect floors and moved and covered furnishings. The crew cheerfully accomodated all my mid-course changes and provided invaluable advice and guidance with fantastic results. Their design ideas and color mixes contributed significantly to the beautiful results. They stayed late on the last day of the project (a Friday) to insure an immaculate cleanup. I could not be more pleased with the work One Way Paint and Design performed. I plan to use them again.

Crew showed up on time and everything was covered to keep clean, this was a real crew of workers, not a few people they pickup at the paint store. They had to do a lot of wall patching and smoothing out to get walls to an acceptable level. Walls were plaster so there was a lot of waves and old bad patches that needed to be fixed. When it comes to painting, it's the prep work and coating that will make the difference between a great job and a cheap landlords paint job. That is why I hired them, I wanted a new looking room, which is what I got. The staff is very professional and trust worthy. Did not feel like I had to watch them or could not leave the house and they made sure my dog was happy and safe and always keep the gate closed. They are Licensed and have workers Comp which is very important, people do get hurt on the job. They brought everything they needed to complete the job.

The experience was very successful. We were left with an incomplete job when my contractor mismanaged the money for the renovation. His painter walked, leaving us with 80% of the painting still needing to be completed. Upon referral, Danny showed up to the house within a day and was able to give me a very decent estimate of the job. He knew we were fixed on what we could spend and worked with us. The painting job was completed within a week. His crew was very professional and took pride in detail. I have already referred him to a few people who have also been very happy with his professionalism and quality of work.

Danny was excellent to work with. He went to great lengths to meet our time schedule. He was very laid back and easy to work with but also made sure the job was done right from start to finish. I called Danny at One Way Paint because of the number of A reports on Angies LIst. He called me back quickly and came over the next day to do an estimate. We scheduled the work for the following week. His crew was very professional, extremely neat and clean and covered and cleaned up all along the way. The crew was meticulous in fixing the walls and Marco the team leader was obsessed with getting the best possible results; they went way beyond what I asked them to do which was to just fix minor repairs in the walls. They skim coated my walls with drywall compound and fixed botched repairs in the ceiling of one room and repaired a bad drywall installation in my large room. This added time to the job but I was not charged extra for the work. The crew did one undercoat in each room and applied two coats of paint on top of the primer. The quality of painting was excellent and I am very happy with the results. Marco and crew took their time to do the job right and spent about 3 full days doing the work. I will call this company again should I need any additional painting work. They are driven to perform and only care about their customer's complete satisfaction. Danny checked in along the way to make sure all was going well and followed up after the job was finished to make sure I was happy.

Danny and his crew were timely and professional from start to finish. All great guys, would not leave until the job was done to a very high standard. Incredibly neat and clean. Highly recommended and will most certainly use again. Price was very fair for the work done, repair work and the door which was not standardized required some real expertise. You will be very happy you hired them.

Contractor Danny Tron performed agreed-to services flawlessly, even providing extra painting of two exterior window frames not specified in contract. Contractor was extremely flexible in scheduling, adjusting to our needs, and was quickly responsive to emails and phone messages. A minor issue of overspray under a kitchen sink was immediately remedied. His performance was beyond criticism.

I couldn't be happier. Danny was so easy to communicate with. He was out here the earliest I could meet with him to bid on the job. He listened very carefully to what I wanted to accomplish in a short time. I am hosting a wedding reception on August 22nd and time was of the essence. He spent time measuring and calculating and had a quote back to me 24 hours later. Danny and his staff, Carlos and Cesar, were meticulous throughout the 2 day project. They started on Friday August 7th and finished on Saturday the 8th. They removed everything off the deck and surrounding area before they started and cleaned up before they left Friday evening. My front door is very old, and now it looks brand new. These gentlemen are not only painters... they are artists! One small area was overlooked, but when I emailed Danny that evening... he had it completed 2 days later. To me, the test of a good contracter is how they respond to you AFTER the job is done... and Danny came through with flying colors.
