Our main house is brick, plus wood siding on the 3-car Garage and Extension. Whole Project quoted (with replacing damaged wood siding before painting) by PPP was significantly more than Home Advisor Estimate tool noted. So we reduced Project down to Front Porch Trim, Soffit and Facia only; which halved to quote. Due to PPP staff, family emergency and illness, the final walkthrough was delayed a few weeks. However, minor issues were addressed today to our satisfaction. Final project turned out great! The PPP Sales Rep. Colton recommended Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Paint, that looks GREAT and carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty against chipping, peeling and flaking. We are hoping this exterior paint job will last over 10 years.

Why you shouldn?t hire PPP to do any project for you. 1) getting on the schedule. Wait in an indefinite queue and then two weeks from that point. I pressed the issue and got on sooner. 2) buying own paint to ?save? money. Agreed to buy own paint after project manager told me that?s the best way to match color. Color from existing can didn?t match. Yet they proceeded with painting. 3) painting is hard to mess up. Quality of work is fine. They sent one guy out who worked 12 hours and missed a few spots. Project ?manager? showed up in morning and then never again. Paint color as mentioned didn?t match. No checks and balances to ensure customer isn?t getting ripped off. Have to redo myself or give them more money to redo their lack of quality control. 4) told me that their labor cost is $425/day for a person. Only one person worked on my house, I bought the paint, and yet my bill was over $1400. That doesn?t really add up. A total scam company, who is very misleading, unclear, late to respond, and at least in my case had zero quality control. If you still decided to go with them, be aware you need to really be doing there job. The project managers appear to be pointless and useless. Complete waste of time and money.

Very pleased with the timely responses, prompt answers to questions and the overall professionalism of the team. I would definitely recommend this company for painting projects. The job was painting a foundation after vinyl siding was installed and the result was better than expected, really nice work. Price was reasonable and quality very good.
