My house was badly in need of painting. They did a marvelous job. House hasn't looked this good in years. Also very easy to work with and responsive to questions.

Quick response and customer service

when hired it was explained that the prior painter years ago painted too soon after power washing and did not let the surface dry. When Precision did the power washing they also did not let the surface dry enough before painting. Also when some of the shingles had old paint still attached, but partially hanging off the surface they painted right over the loose paint and did not remove it. Not a very good job and would not recommend They seem to try to do everything quickly rather than wait and let the paint dry between coats too

My experience was that Precision did not prep sufficiently. They cut corners and applied coats of paint over surfaces that were rough, cracked, and uneven. Did not deliver quality promised and paid for.

I hired Precision Painting Plus to paint the interior of my home. The painters were not professionals painters. They were very sloppy, did not understand English, they did a poor job. I would not recommend this company.

Weird sort of bait-and-switch day of the work, narrowly avoided but left me worried and upset.

The salesman comes out and promises you the world. Then after you sign a contract and give the deposit - the supervisor of the painters comes out with the painters and says we do not do that or we do not guarantee that** Or **That will cost you extra**. These were things promised by the salesman - some of the things were actually written in the contract. It took a ton of yelling and aggravation to get them to comply with what was promised. My suggestion - if you use them MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE DETAIL DISCUSSED IS SPELLED OUT AND WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT even if the salesman says there is no need for that as he told me.

Lawrence and team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The quote was fairly priced, and they were able to accommodate an accelerated time frame. Even after completion they were quick to address and follow up questions we had. I would absolutely recommend.

They deposited my check 3 weeks ago. This is a one-day job. Calling me the day before they want to do the work does not work. I have other things in my life. I was going to email about this but gave them one last chance for a solution yesterday. Still waiting!

They were highly professional and not pushy. I felt comfortable with them and this was a great experience. They came for the estimate, monitored the progress and was there when the work was being done, and called and offered to come after work was finished to make sure I was satisfied. The work was done before the quoted time provided by the company. The work was quite exceptional.

According to their promise and contract, they would apply two coats, but they only performed one. After I sent a complaint, there was no follow up.

Disappeared halfway into the job. Very poor experience working with them. Used cheap material, left the job for days at a time, ignored calls and texts, set up appointments and never showed. Left furniture and valuables in the rain on multiple occasions and poor workmanship. Day laborers hired by the company would show randomly and complain about the parent company (Precision Painting) not paying enough and sending them to fix jobs ruined by other day laborers hired by Precision Painting Plus. They even left cement dribbles and splotches all over a newly done driveway. The worst of it all is they left expensive furniture (pool table, kitchen/bathroom tiles, granite pieces) outside in the rain before leaving the job. Hired for garage paint + floor epoxy. Lets start with the paint. Paint color was provided to them by Sherwin Williams and the paint they used was a very cheap alternative by Benjamin Moore. Lesser quality of paint was confirmed by couple of companies that were hired afterwards to finish the job Precision Painting left behind. The guys they sent didnt even have the common sense to use painting tape and had the guts to steal snacks and other food items from the garage and leave behind cans, wrappers, etc. Lets talk about the epoxy floor. Floor Epoxy is uneven, chipping, and not the 2-part industry standard epoxy. Instead, they used a 1 part black epoxy paint purchased from local home depot. The garage concrete floor was not properly prepped (sanding, evening, filling of minor defects, etc) and instead they hired another day laborer to come in and put uneven patches of concrete in random parts of the garage. Concrete leveler was patchy, uneven, and left dribble marks all over the floor with the epoxy painted on top of it to create an uneven and cheap feel. Spoke with Carmine throughout the entire job and he would not show up to teh job site, as promised. Nor would he respond to text messages and set up appointments and never showed.
