It is a family owned business in North County S.D. Jason was easy to talk to on the phone and in person and felt very confident in what he was explaining or recommending. My repair was somewhat urgent because I could not get out of my garage and he came over immediately with everything to fix it. Really Great!

After 19 years my garage door finally broke. It happened over the weekend so I was not expecting to have the problem fixed until Monday. I put in the request on Home Advisor and heard from Jason within minutes by e-mail, text message, and voice mail. He came late Sunday afternoon, and hour after I called him. He diagnosed the problem and within a couple of hours replaced the garage door opener and and adjusted the garage doors so they were no longer out of alignment. He took the old garage door opener and even swept out the garage. No mess was left behind. My new garage door is so quiet I have to look twice to see if it is opening. I definitely would recommend Jason and West Coast Garage.

Quick response, friendly service

Jason called me and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment which was the next day. He was prompt and professional. He even spent some time trying to fix the 24 year old existing motor that was well beyond its years. He installed a new motor that same day. He did a great job.

He found the broken spring immediately and gave me a reasonable price. Replaced the springs & rollers, tightened all the fittings on the door. Great job.

I did online research for prices for garage opener & also for installation charges from Lowes & pvt. installers. West Coast Garage listened to my prices & said he'd beat the best prices I had gotten. I told him I'd print out the quotes to show proof. Without asking for verification he beat my best price. Better quality opener than I had planned on buying with better price. Can't go wrong!!
