Jason did a fantastic job. We had a spring fail, and he responded to my call within an hour and was at my house an hour later. He replaced the spring, and the next day we had a drum break. He came right back out (on a holiday weekend Sunday no less) and fixed that and also noticed that the trolley was bad and replaced it at no extra cost. He was super friendly and professional throughout the experience and we talked about Star Trek so extra points for being a sci-fi fan!

Jason responded to my request within the hour. I was at work when I received a text from my son regarding our garage not working. Jason immediately called me and told me he would take a look at my garage door. When he arrived and did his assessment, he texted me pictures of what appeared to be the problem. He called me and told me that what the builders placed were not sufficient to last for a solid wood door. He gave me options on how to solve the issue. We could have gone the easy fix and cheaper route or take the more expensive but longer lasting and more durable quality garage door opener. He gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable and he even included a courtesy tune-up. When I got home, I got to experience a brand new opener. It was quiet and has a quick response. It even has an option to remotely monitor my garage door if I chose to. I now have him on speed dial to share with family and friends.

Had slight mix-up the 1st time around, but the next day we were good to go. Arrived on time, very quick install of new opener, sensors, controls. Only real complaint is that the new opener is significantly louder than previous one. But overall very good service and value for the money.

This company was on time and did a great job on the motor replacement. This company also did not have any issues with me requesting a copy of their current liability proof of Insurance before work could be started.

Jason was professional, honest, and courteous. He broke down what was going on and how to best approach correcting my problems. Out of the three quotes I received, he was the most honest, and because he took the time to break it down I knew what I was getting. On a side note, he was the first to come over and corrected a few major issues to prevent me having over quoting issues from the other two quotes, and he did it free. He said it would have cause $1000 plus quotes for a simple fix because of how bad it looks. Don't believe me, just give him a chance!

Jason was willing to come out that night at 8:30p (I called him at 7p), I told him it wasn't that serious and that it would be perfect if he could come the next day at 10a. He seemed relieved, but I was so grateful that he was willing to come fix our door so late in the day.

I DID NOT GET COMPETITIVE BIDS SO DON'T KNOW HOW COST COMPARED TO OTHERS. OWNER RESPONDED QUICKLY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE HAS CHECKED IN WITH ME SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE HOW THINGS ARE WORKING AS I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH OLD SENSORS THAT I DID NOT REPLACE. MOTOR ON OPENER WAS REBUILT, NEW ROLLERS AND STABILIZER BAR WAS ADDED

He called me and was able to come sooner than the original appt. time - which was a big help. Very nice- worked quickly on a couple of problems we were having with our garage door - we were very happy with the service and highly recommend.
