Very knowledgeable and honest walked me through and pointed out all the various aspects of the garage door mechanics and operations. Made me very comfortable with what needed to be done and explained in detail all that he was doing. Even checked the operation of the Lift Master and trolley checking that all settings were correct. He even made adjustments to the torque of the motor to better operate the garage door opening and closing! Very efficient and thorough. When the repairs were completed, Jason reviewed everything he had done and showed me all of the repairs. Great Job, HONEST and VERY REASONABLE. Prior to leaving he gave me his business card and assured me that if there were any problems, issues or questions, to contact him. Very pleasant to work with Jason the owner. He is fair in price, honest and friendly.

We came home on a Saturday night, to find that the garage door would not open, because the spring had broken. It was not possible for us to open the door, and my wife's car was inside the garage. We researched through home advisor, and came up with West Coast. The only option online started at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, two days later. At that point in time, I clicked on the 2 o'clock Monday appointment, and was starting to look to see if I could find a phone number, when my phone rang, and it was Jason from West Coast. He immediately offered to repair the door the next day, Sunday, and promised to be at our door at 7 o'clock in the morning. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, gave us a very fair bid, and had the entire job done within about an hour. I can't say enough good things about Jason, his work ethic, quality of work, and his willingness to come work on this project when a lot of his competition would probably not even have responded. Five stars on everything!

Fast service, he asked lots of questions so he brought all the equipment we would want and have no delays. Very personable and knowledgeable. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Jason was great. He answered my questions, showed up on time and did a great job for a very reasonable price.

I called West Coast Garage Door late in the afternoon. Jason arrived at our home within an hour and spent almost an hour trying to get our old garage door to work. He tried everything, replaced parts, circuits, etc. and only after he had tried everything did he say we needed a new garage door. He only charged me $25 for the hour long service call and then made recommendations for a new garage door opener. One day later our new garage door opener was installed and working great. Jason was great.I called on a Sunday and he was at my home within an hour.he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I also needed a new keypad and he was back with it in just a few days.thanks,Jason for everything!

Put in a request thru Home Advisor for a garage door specialist at 6.00 a.m. on Saturday morning and Jason responded about 30 minutes later. We set a time to meet and he showed up early. He got to work immediately trying to get my 16 yr. old opener unit to work properly. He tried everything but to no avail. It was time for a new unit. We settled on a new liftmaster screwdrive and in a couple of hours the whole install was completed including new steel rollers for the door. If you have any problems with a garage door or opener Jason is the person to call. He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and was kind enough to let me watch and bombard him with questions. No, he didn't give me a discount to write this review.
