Jason was friendly prompt and very helpful. He listened to my concerns and then informed me how he could fix my problem. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent workmanship. My garage door works like new!

I was very disappointed with my experience with this business, especially as there was so many good reviews. From reviews, it sounded as if they were polite, and showed up on time -this was not the case for me. I was called at 7am by Jason to move up the appointment by a day (from Sunday 11am to Saturday 11am) which I readily agreed. However, at the appointed time, I waited for nearly an hour before I realized I was stood up and called him. Not only did Jason not apologize or explain for why he showing up late, he mocked me for expecting a timeframe to wait for him. I have not even met him yet, and he is late and has an unprofessional attitude. Because of this, I do not trust him to work diligently on fixing my garage door.

Jason contacted me immediately and explained what could be going on with my garage opener. Found out it was the opener at all, it was the springs. He was in constant contact throughout the process, professional, explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly. Would recommend West Coast Garage Door for any garage door repair.

Jason called me immediately after I had made an inquiry on the Home Advisor website. He came approximately 30 minutes after I spoke to him. He clearly explained the problem - showed me what he was talking about - discussed the repair and then fixed the opener and the door. This involves a heavy wooden door and an opener that is probably 25 years old or more. He explained that he could not be sure how long the door would continue to function - the opener and the door both need to be replaced, however a lot has to be cleared out in order to have a new door installed. He told me that if the repair does not hold up he will deduct the cost of the repair from the replacement. I felt that he was very reasonable and fair. Hopefully the fix will hold up until I can get the rest of the garage cleared out so that he will have room to work when the door gets replaced. I will DEFINITELY contact Jason if I have any other issues and also for the replacement of the opener and the door. It was an excellent experience and I can clearly see why he has had so many very positive reviews - they are all justified.

At first I was disturbed by the fact that Jason was unable to keep our 9:00 am appointment. However, he did call to let me know he would be able to come over later on that morning. The price he quoted me over the phone is what he was going to charge. Jason did recommend a bigger spring due to a utility holder I have mounted on the door. Jason also recommended the rollers he had available as opposed to the ones I had purchased at Home Depot. The end result was a super quiet garage door! Reasonably priced too!
