Excellent response time,fixed the same day. Quality work for a reasonable price with a great warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better job, Jason walks you through the job and is helpful with his knowledge of maintenance to prolong the life of your equipment. No doubt that if I have another issue with my garage door I'll be calling back and recommending his services to any friends who need work.

West Coast Garage Door showed up on time. The technician clearly knew everything there was to know about garage doors. He fixed my problem with one door and then made both of my doors work like new. He explained everything he was doing and why. He also showed me how to do preventative maintenance. All of this for a very fair price. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Came out the same day and resolved the problem.

Jason called me within minutes after posting on Angie's List on Saturday morning. He arrived in less than an hour to replace broken torsion springs. He also advised me on how to lubricate the springs, tracks and hinges, as well as how to adjust the garage door opener in case the door didn't open or close all the way due to the difference in new springs compared to the old. He was courteus, efficient and knows his trade.

Jason was very nice and explained the entire process. He had no problem with me observing his work. He gave me a 4 year warranty on parts and labor. Jason even arrived early from the scheduled time. Would recommend him to people looking for honest work.
