Great Customer service, fast respond at right cost( worked on Sunday was a plus).

Jason was thorough and did great work. He came out on a Saturday evening and went above and beyond to deliver great work. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their garage door repaired.

Jason, West Coast owner was very accommodating, on time and explained to us the steps he would take to repair our garage door. Because he was in the area, repair was done same day which we appreciate it. The quality of his work exceeded our expectation and dealing with a professional, personable guy made our experience very pleasant.

Jason showed up on time for the estimate he was giving me. He explained what steps he was taking to remove and repair of my door, The day of the repair he showed up again on time. He brought with him new springs, and parts needed. He had to adjust the Cantilever a number of times, as the door was originally installed in 1957 and the wood was warped. He kept me posted throughout the repair. I now have a garage door that lifts and opens with 2 finger, instead of 2 people now I don't need a 2x4 to keep in open, I found Jason to be thoroughly knowledgeable and was patient. I will definitely use HomeAdvisor again.

The person was very nice and polite.. and he suggested other services to make my garage door work better..

He was a few minutes late, but he called me! (trying to find a way around the toll road but could you blame him!) Any how he got to work quickly and stayed on task. I have a door the opens and closes nicely. I checked on him a few times but he was hard at work. Value for the money was better than others. I received a call a few days after install to see if everything was okay. One last thing, I called for a price about 6 p.m. and he was willing to come out then, probably would have started around 6:30 p.m. .

Very professional! Contacted me immediately and set up appointment for that day and showed up on time. He called me about 30 minutes before the appointment let me know he was on his way. After giving me an estimate I asked him to go ahead and do the job, he was finished in less than an hour. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with his work.

Jason arrived on time and was very professional. We have an older one piece door and Jason was able to make the repairs and have it opening and closing like it was brand new.

Good guy. showed on time and was efficient. Responded quickly to fix an issue I had with the fit of a door panel. Came out right away with the necessary parts and fixed the issue.

Jason is easy to work with. He knows what he is doing. He gives you the greatest options. I am very pleased with the garage doors even the ones that were installed three years ago, they are still good.
