Immediately as I entered store, I was greeted by a "user friendly" employee who listened to my concerns and addressed them as I was speaking. He appeared to really know everything about everything to do with my particular computer (approx. 7 years old) and worked with me to solve password problems, browser crashing, outdated software. He assured me that I didn't need to buy a new computer. . .yet! The store itself, is clean, "hard edge", tech-ish, well-organized and uncluttered. I needed to leave the computer there and it was ready when I picked it up about 2 hours later. Voila! Fixed perfectly just as I requested. I have been to Apple stores and always felt overwhelmed, intimidated and surrounded by chaos Here I was treated with warmth, respect & competence. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for service and when my iMac is ready for "Mac heaven," I will head straight over there for a new one. It is located very conveniently in downtown Culver City and I found street parking right outside their door twice. There is also a parking structure close by. Thank you, guys, for your wonderful, competent and speedy service and your good-natured, personable presence.
