KBR Renovation Inc. is a family-run renovation company. As father and son, we have a combined 20 years of experience as subcontractors in Southern California. We have extensive experience in all types of projects from minor to major renovations. We specialize in interior renovation: drywall, flooring, doors/windows, painting, electrical, plumbing, framing, cabinets, tile, and much more. Above all, we understand that every house is someone’s home, thus we treat it with the same care and respect as if it were our own home.

Shawn produced a kitchen that was much nicer and more elegant than we ever imagined. He contributed substantially to the design while maintaining everything that we wanted. Our built-in refrigerator, which had to be moved, was kept available to us throughout the project. They thoroughly cleaned up everyday before they left. The price was VERY reasonable.

All work was very high quality. Work was started and finished on schedule, even though there were a number of unanticipated problems. They planned the work so that we could temporarily hook up our washer and drier in their new locations 2 weeks into the project. They fit reflooring and painting an additional room into the schedule.

They went out of their way and took out the cabinets and put it back together even better than before. Now the finish floor looks real good. The walls and the paint job they did its even better than what i was expecting. They educated me a bit about how i can help the floor and make it last longer. They offer to do some tile as well which I couldn’t do due to scheduling. Would definitely recommend it.

Paiteint is the best quality of his work as I had so many little requests here and there , he listened and carefully executed them perfectly. When I saw the job done, I couldn't believe how great it turned out
