I contacted Doors Done Right earlier this afternoon because my garage would not open and my car was stuck inside. They were able to come out within two hours of me calling and quickly diagnosed the problem. They did a thorough check of the door to make sure everything else looked good. He said the hinges were solid, cables were in ok shape and should be good for a couple more years. The motor wouldn't open the door and I couldn't lift it manually. He pointed out that I had a broken spring on the door. We replaced both and he even gave me a great deal on a new set of rollers. The door is working so great now and is almost silent. I am so happy they were able to come out as quick as they did and get my car free.
