I bought my car from Concord. I don't drive my car very much. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership. I will be taking it back in. I have a 2 year warranty on it so it will definitely go back to the dealership.

I took my 2000 Toyota Camry in for new rear brake pads and rotors. An hour later I received a call from my service rep telling me that he felt it was unsafe for me to drive with 2 bald tires and that the other 2 tires were almost bald. I told him to go ahead and replace all 4 tires and thanked him for taking care of me and my car.

CONCORD TOYOTA HAS BEEN A GOOD SHOP TO WORK WITH. MY SERVICE ADVISOR, DARIC IS VERY POLITE, HELPFUL AND TRIES TO LOCATE DISCOUNTS ON SERVICES WHENEVER POSSIBLE. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AS PRICED. MY ONE SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HAVE THE PRICES POSTED AND WORK LISTED ON THE INVOICE SHOULD BE PRICED FOR EACH SERVICE, NOT BROKEN DOWN BY EACH PART AND PRICE. BUT OVERALL I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND WILL CONTINUE TO COME HERE FOR MAJOR SERVICE AS NEEDED. THE SHUTTLE DRIVE IS THE BEST, GETS YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO GO QUICKLY AND GIVES YOU HIS NUMBER SO YOU CAN CALL FOR A RETURN RIDE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
