An hour later I received a call from my service rep telling me that he felt it was unsafe for me to drive with 2 bald tires and that the other 2 tires were almost bald. I told him to go ahead and replace all 4 tires and thanked him for taking care of me and my car.
Description of Work: Replaced rear rotors and new brake pads. Also four new tires.

 + -1 moreCONCORD TOYOTA HAS BEEN A GOOD SHOP TO WORK WITH. MY SERVICE ADVISOR, DARIC IS VERY POLITE, HELPFUL AND TRIES TO LOCATE DISCOUNTS ON SERVICES WHENEVER POSSIBLE. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AS PRICED. MY ONE SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HAVE THE PRICES POSTED AND WORK LISTED ON THE INVOICE SHOULD BE PRICED FOR EACH SERVICE, NOT BROKEN DOWN BY EACH PART AND PRICE. BUT OVERALL I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND WILL CONTINUE TO COME HERE FOR MAJOR SERVICE AS NEEDED. THE SHUTTLE DRIVE IS THE BEST, GETS YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO GO QUICKLY AND GIVES YOU HIS NUMBER SO YOU CAN CALL FOR A RETURN RIDE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
Description of Work: MY TOYOTA SIENNA WAS IN FOR A RECALL ITEM AND NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE. WHILE I WAS THERE I DECIDED TO HAVE THE 30,000 MI SERVICE DONE AND DURING THAT SERVICE THEY DISCOVERED THE FRONT BRAKES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
