This job went very well. The owner of Anderson Tile is a cut above. He was careful, conscientious, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He took the time to give us a line-by-line quote, broken out at a very detailed level (demo, install labor, etc.) on an area-by-area basis. He was very careful to understand what we were looking for and seemed to see himself as working with us (rather than trying to sell us on installing the largest amount of tile possible). He went to the trouble of helping us select and purchase the tile and, when the install was underway, took the time to help us with grout selection. At every step of the process, he was communicative and helpful. To top it off the price (demo, install labor, and tile) wasn't unreasonable, especially given the quality of the job from start to finish. Highly recommended!
