Outstanding crew, courteous, professional, respecting of my property, explained everything in advance, checked in when they were done to make sure I was satisfied. I'll hire these guys for all of my tree work.

I had trees trimmed away from my house, two small trees removed, fallen branch removed from top of large tree and they offered to get rid of tree stump included. Clean great job in a short time and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them!!

Luis arrived on time, did a 31-minute job on grinding 4 tree stumps, loaded up his grinder and went on to his next job. First rate, VERY nice guy, did what he said he would do, no fuss, no muss. 5 star all around.

Luis at NorCal Tree was quick to respond following my online inquiry. He provided a reasonable quote for my tree removal project and he and his team completed the removal and clean up within a few days of our agreement. Luis communicated his team's date and time to be on site to do the removal and they were in and out as he said. Would definitely recommend them.

The crew did a wonderful job removing the tree that fell on our house. They arrived on time, were extremely careful, and also cleaned up. Thanks to all the guys at NorCal, our roof, solar panels and pool equipment all survived without damage.

Nor Cal was quick to respond & the 1st of 3 to respond about our project. They even dropped by because they were in our neighboorhood, before we made an appt to give us an estimate. We had two apple trees that they removed for us. They showed up early & did an excellent job.

Poor communication for this job. Still have not received any receipt or itemization for work we paid for in advance (mistake!). The actual pruning and trimming work was fine. Site not cleaned up. Avoided our phone calls. We believe the proprietor dropped us for a bigger job. I know other customers who've had an identical experience. Until recently, this service was very well regarded; don't know what happened. We feel badly that things have not gone well for us, and hate to leave a poor review, but our experience was not good. Be sure to get a WRITTEN itemization of the work that will be done, and a promise of when the work is expected to be completed. Is cleanup included? Do not make full payment in advance; pay when work is completed as agreed. We did everything wrong, and have regrets.

The crew came to my home yesterday, the results were outstanding! From the estimate to the last limb picked up the professionalism was terrific. They even cleaned my gutters! I have a 60 yr. old elm and a 60+ oak-not a small job-the results are better than I could have hoped for. Hire these guys!

The crew that came today was great They listened to what I wanted done. Great job. They took precautions to not hit vehicles with falling branches. They also went beyond for service. They cleared out our leaves which had piled up in our backyard and removed and shredded big branches we had already cut down. They made quick work on getting the 4 trees done Very professional crew. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

They went beyond what I expected. They were flexible and added smaller tasks that came up on the day of the job. Did an excellent clean up after.
