Office Repair Experts

I had a work project that involved a lot of copying, and my color copier was not giving a very good print quality. I called Office Repair Experts and a very friendly technician named Dave listened to my description on what my copier was doing and then gave me some ideas, examples, and possible estimates on what could be causing the poor print quality. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to work with my schedule to see my copier that day. He arrived right on time and was very friendly and courteous. He gave the machine a complete inspection and told me he did not feel that I needed any parts replaced, as he saw no damage, but that a Maintenance and Cleaning should repair the problem. He showed me where the two problem areas were and felt that the Toner and dust build-up in these areas of my copier was causing my problems. He also noticed that my document feeder was jamming the paper a bit (I forgot to tell him about that aggravating problem I was having) and also felt that the document rollers did not need to be replaced yet, as they were not worn, but dirty and smooth, not rubbery as he said. He said reconditioning them with a liquid he had would do the trick. Well, a little more than an hour later, my copies had perfect print quality and I no longer was jamming from my document feeder. Even though he spent more than an hour repairing my machine (he was very thorough), he only charged me for an hour as he said he never charges more for what he calls, performing a "Maintenance and Cleaning" Also what I found very delightful, was that he cleaned the outside of my machine, making it look new again. I was very pleased with the service and the outcome. I finished my work project on time with great looking copies. I would definitely use his company again.
