Chris Castle has been servicing our computer system and server for several years. Every morning we can start up our computers with the confidence of knowing our system is working well and secure. We have a regular maitenance program with Chris and call upon his services when one of the computers or the server has a problem.Chris covers it all, from virus problems to new computers to networking our printers to security. Our industry requires strict security systems and Chris has helped us meet all the requirements. Working with Chris is easy, he ALWAYS returns phone calls or emails. Chris speaks computer and knows that some of the staff does not. He is great about working with everyone in the company, from the IT saavy staff to the staff members who lack computer know how. Chris has a great depth of knowledge so we can go to him with new ideas and he is able to help us add everything from smart boards to phone systems. He is willing to work with our other contractors (phone, CRM, etc) to install new product or resolve problems. Chris pretty much makes it easy for us to run our company without an in house IT person. Chris Castle with Castle IT Solutions has been servicing our server and network environment for many, many years. We have a standing appointment every other week and Chris is always prompt. We find his rates to be very reasonable and he stands behind his work. I am always able to reach him by mobile or email and he responds quickly. We love that he can remote into our server and fix many issues without a site visit. He recently helped us change web hosting companies. He sets up new employees on our server, troubleshoots printer problems and all the other and quot;quirkyand quot; things that go on with office computers. He keeps our server and computers protected and keeps us running at an optimum level.
