They were eager to place a bid on my job, showed up on time, good price, willing to discuss my situation, pleasant workers, conversational and yet focused on getting the work done. I'm very satisfied! My woodpile was more than a decade collecting, a huge, monster mess. Excellent cleanup.

Alfonso and crew removed a 30? tall queen palm for me. The crew was in and out in about an hour. They protected my fencing, pool, and irrigation valves prior to going to work. They did a great job! Darrell - Fontana

Because of changing weather conditions, the initial appointment was canceled. The reschedule was for Saturday. Two of their crew members showed up Friday on the property unannounced and started working, After a couple of quick, blunt phone calls were made, an acceptable explanation was given. It appears there was a data entry error at his end. The rest of the work crew and equipment showed up shortly after and the work was completed efficiently, quickly, and professionally. I would personally recommend Alfonsos Tree Service. They were very friendly and cooperative. I am very happy with their work and would hire them again.

Alfonso and his crew arrived early. The job was for removing four mature palm trees including stumps and trimming/topping several mature trees. Alfonso and his crew are very professional, hard working and courteous. We had hired them a year before to do a job and the outcome was the same this time around...excellent, five star. Alfonso showed up on time for the estimate. He was very professional. The work started on time, actually early. Alfonso's crew are very professional and hard working. The work completed was excellent. However, in addition to tree trimming, I had contracted to have Alfonso's Tree Service do some root grinding and that did not happen until a week after the tree was completed. No communication was ever received by us about when the root grinding was to take place. It was eventually completed and the work was satisfactory. So that's the reason we took a half point off the customer service measurement because there was a small breakdown in communication. There may have been extenuating circumstances due to Covid-19 or something like that, so we could give Alfonso "a pass" for the communication snafu. Overall, we are happy with the work performed. The price was well within the range. We will definitely call Alfonso again for our next tree trimming job. Tim D. in La Verne, CA

Alfonzo's team did a great job our trees look fantastic. They were on time and cleaned up the job well. They did a 60 ft palm a large bush and a large tree and cut down 3 small trees. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Had a huge Magnolia tree that needed to be taken out. Alfonso came by right away to give me quote and scheduled him the next week to do the work. Asked him the day his guys were here to cut down another smaller tree and he was able to do it on the spot! Alfonso’s crew were very nice and did an amazing job!
