Alfonso and his crew are professionals. Alfonso is responsive and effective at tracking your project. He came all the way up to Wrightwood, trimmed 5+ of my big elm and cottonwood trees and they are beautiful. He also cleaned up over an acre of weeds. He's not cheap but you get what you pay for. With Alfonzo, its a very professional job. I will be calling him back when the weather cools down.

Good to their word and communicated well about timing. Came early, the owner come first to tell us what to expect and the workers came the next day and were very professional, introducing themselves and got to work quickly.

Make sure they trim evenly. No complaints otherwise. Quick and cleanup including haul away.

Make sure communication is complete PRIOR to doing the work - had a language barrier with the workmen and the communication between them and Alphonso, the person who did the quote, was obviously incomplete. Also had to track them down when they missed their prescheduled appointment time.

They did not complete the job after being paid in cash and did not give me a receipt. I had to call several times to have their work completed and to request a receipt for work paid for and it just never happened!

Very professional. Great team . Worked well and safely. Trimmed my four palms and large carrotwood tree as well as my neighbors ficus. Very reasonable rates. Palms and trees look beautiful and they cleaned up everything before they left. Will definitely recommend Alfonsos tree service to friends and relatives and to everyone. Very pleased and grateful.

They arrived on time. They removed a small tree and pruned a larger tree. They were hard workers and very efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.

The employees were all foreign nationals and speaks very little english, but with my little Spanish, we were able to communicate what I needed them to do for me.
