Alfonso and his crew are amazing! They removed two enormous palm trees, ground out the stumps and trimmed three other palms. Alfonso made some suggestions for other trees that needed some attention which added very little to my original estimate. He and his crew are polite and professional. They left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Alfonso's Tree Service for any work you need done.

Initially hired for two trees for removal, but added on a backyard cleanup also. Received a fast, professional response from owner and job was started that day. He also oversaw the work intermittently to make sure it was done as discussed. I am very satisfied and will likely use this service again.

Arrive fast even before I wanted it done, He was open for the job when I call. Clean up was okay, even that some limbs were in trees. All in all he's work was good.

Alfonso is very professional with his work. His timeliness is not the best. He was suppose to start between 8 to 8:30 AM and called that he was on another job and was held up at 9:20 AM. He said he would come to this job just after lunch. I called him back at 2:24 PM to ask what happened and all I got was voice mail. No return call. His workers showed up at 5:00 PM to do the work. He did not come with them or return my call. His workers did a great job and were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up the work site when finished. No complaints with them. Alfonso is a fair person in appraising the job but just fell short in follow up and being on time. Yes I would recommend him and use him again. Pricing was fair and reasonable compared to other contractors.

Agreed on price and job wasn't completed. Called back several times for two weeks said would stop by on Monday never showed. Also tore two screens on my upper level. Which I sure was accident, but could at least acknowledged it.
