The work crew arrived when they said that they would, removed the tree with no collateral damage and ground the stump as agreed to. I would have no reservations about using the service again.

The crew came out to trim my California Oak tree. They were on time and went right to work. They said they were done, but I had also requested a palm be removed with the owner. I told them that and they removed it immediately. I requested a 2 plants after they had left and took several days and were not there when the owner stated they would be there.

They were very professional and prompt. They showed up the same day and finished the job.

He is quick in responding and doing the work. He missed several roots. I called and he returned on an agreed date and finished getting the roots out. He also said if there were any others to call him. It's easy for roots to be missed. He did extra work. In trimming my other tree, it was left balanced, not naked. I would definitely have him come back.

He responed quickly and completed the job in a timely manner.
