We had a large Magnolia tree in the front yard that needed to be trimmed. I obtained four bids. Alfonsos was the first. One contractor failed to come out after two calls. One wanted to provide a bid via pictures of the tree. I chose Alfonsos due to their bid and the information they provided during the bid process. They arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned up after the work and answered all of my questions. The person doing the trimming seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very pleased and would hire them again!

I was promised that they will remove the exposed roots of the tree but they did not. Damaged some of my existing plants.

I wanted them to come back and finish up my trees... they said **;ok, we will be there tomorrow** They never called or showed up... so I texted them and told them I was giving them an unfavorable comment... then they responded... but I said **do not bother** Unreliable!

The team was industrious - never just sat around talking. They were polite and cleaned up all the tree mess. One of the most important things - they did NOT lop off the top of the trees!! They trimmed them in such a decorous way that, yes, some of the height was taken but done in such a way that that they didn't look like they got a military crewcut!! The trees looked skinnier but natural! ;-)

Responded quickly, offered a fair price, no gimmicks. Arrived on time, cleaned up, and completed efficiently.

The scheduled day it was raining all day. Alfonso's arrived the following day to remove the plants. It didn't take more than 15 minutes to remove the plants and clean the property. Very professional, outstanding care of the land. I recommend and would hire again without doubt. Thank you ever so much!
