They look great, the price was quite reasonable. The only reason I didn't "5" the whole job and customer service - it didn't take just one day as implied, and when we added screens, the installer gave me the new total at the end of the job. I didn't get a total update from the office earlier in the process. If you have a place for a rain chain, get one! They're such a nice bonus.

Mike arrived as promised and on time. We were provided a complete estimate, with appreciated advice and information that was very helpful. I obtained three estimates that were all competitive and selected RG based upon Mikes's obvious interest in customer service and very competitive (but not the lowest) of the three bids, The job was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. Mike actually arrived the day of the job and assisted with the instalation which surprised me given the very average size of our home. Many useful suggestions were offered for downspouts during the job. Highly recommended.
