I was impressed by David's knowledge in our first meeting when he surveyed the house exterior to gather information needed for his quotation. As the painting preparation progressed, it became obvious that I need repairs due to water damages and termites. David took care of all the repair work and worked closely with me and Terminix to treat the termite infestation before completing the painting of the wood siding of one of my second story rooms. David was very accomondating and helpful in offering solutions and implementing them. David helped me to create a water barrier solution eliminating water damages at the bottoms of two posts supporting the second floor structrure and the bottoms of the wood sidings of my storage shed. David was patient listening to my questions and suggestions to obtain the best solution to my problem. My next door neighbor also hired David to paint his house and repaired the termite-damaged patio cover. I am very satisfied with his work and he is my "go-to" painter for my exterior surfaces of my house.
