This is not a body shop I would ever go to again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

My girlfriend has taken her car here on several occasions and she has always been satisfied with the results. I've also taken my car for routine maintenance and I've also been happy. Recently, my girlfriend's car had a flat tire, so we took it to a tire shop for repair(Campbell Performance Ford does not install tires). Questions came about during the tire shop visit about whether or not the car was auto all-wheel drive or manual two/four wheel drive. Unsure about the issue, we call Campbell Performance Ford and they were extremely helpful explaining how the four wheel drive and all wheel drive systems work with the transfer cases and clutches and other technical stuff. We really appreciated their independent advice. We will return and we recommend them.

It turned out okay. The guy was quite knowledgeable, he gave me my options for what to do. The cost to repair was not worth that amount of money because it is an old car. We just did a small job. He was really nice and kept in contact with me.

Work was done quickly and reslts appear to be good. Courteous service.

I have been taking my 93 5.0 Mustang to Campbell Ford for 4 years now. Everything from tuneup to complete engine and transmission install. Ron and Bob are always courteous, thorough and responsive. There prices are great, in addition to the quality of the service.

I take my car here because I believe that people who know the brand of car do a better job. I was referred here by a friend. Sometimes the mechanic will find things that are expensive to fix, but he is real straight with you and he will fix it. One time we had a problem and we had to take the car back and he didn't have any problems. They really know and love cars. They can also do restorations. They have always done a good job for us.

They almost walk on water. The first time I used them and why I continue to use them is because they were Diamond Certified and recommended by Check-Book which I subscribe to in addition to Angie's List. It was very challenging for them to find the problem with my Explorer. They kept my vehicle for about a week and did an incredible amount of testing before an estimate was delivered. They were very conscientious. They only charged for the labor and parts, but not for the diagnostic itself. They do work on my son's vehicle as well. Ron Wright is the proprietor. He does the business that he does because he loves the work he does. He is very customer oriented. He does not make a move forward until he contacts the customer first with the details. When the car is picked up, he brings out the defective part and shows the customer what was originally wrong with the vehicle. I will continue to use him in the future.
