they were excellent on everything, but the one thing is they put the hose in the middle wherein they could've ask me first. they were good.

The crew arrived on time, and let me know whenever they needed to turn off the water, and announced when they were almost done so I could plan out my day. They hauled away the old water heater which saved us a lot of time and effort to remove. Overall very professional and reasonably priced.

They Pipease team arrived on time, and set to work, setting up a general work area in the front of the house. Mike Peralta, the project manager, did a walk through to be sure everything was ready to go. The Pipease team of six performed as a well oiled machine. They finished and cleaned up before leaving. The entire team were polite, courteous and respectful. After the city finished with inspection, the drywall was done, and again excellent work and passed inspection. I received several estimates, Pipease was competitive. What sold me was I felt Mike was giving me an honest bid and character counts. I highly recommend Pipease.

So far Great! They worked extremenly hard (8AM to 10PM) the first day. The installation was done in 2 days including the drywall. They cleaned up after themselves. I have a 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom, three (3) story house.

Very well. I normally don't write reviews, but I have to say that I was very impressed with the vendor. The owner is advanced for his years in terms of service, communication and professionalism. I called him for a quote and he gave me a small window in which he'd show. He called me ahead of times to let me know he was coming, and showed up exactly when he said. He gave me a quote the same day. Pipease wasn't the cheapest, but of the 5 quotes i got, they were 1 of the middle 3. We signed the contract and he was able to start work the next day on a full repipe project. His crew started the next day early in the morning and worked to complete the job the same day. At the end of the day, he gave me a thorough update of the work done and status. The best part of his team's service was the professionalism. I have tenants, and he was very courteous to them. His crew laid down tarp as to not dirty the floors inside the house. He kept them informed and was very courteous to them. Makes my job easier. Also, his team found a dryer vent pipe wasn't properly connected and fixed it even though it was not part of the original scope of service. I believe that most plumbers would ignore the problem and just close up the wall. Personally, I also appreciated the fact that his company is not too small (e.g. 1-2 man crew) and not too big (a call center that refers you to a network of plumbers). I worked directly with him and his team, and they got the job done fast and well. I would definitely use this company again.

The very next day, a crew showed up and began the repipe. They were courteous to us, and answered every question we had. That night we noticed something we hadn't before: stronger water pressure and not having to wait minutes for hot water! The following day, the drywall crew came in and started covering our house in thick plastic, ensuring that none of my furniture would get dust or overspray. This crew was just as helpful as the repiping crew, answering all my questions and explaining every step to me. When they finished, the house was as good as new! They matched the textures perfectly and left floors spotless! I would like to thank PipEase for making this experience amazing for us. Repipes are supposed to be a once in a lifetime experience, and it was an incredible one. Even though they are a new company, they work like they've been in the business for decades. I highly recommend PipEase for any water issues you might be having!

On October the 12th of 2016 I Experienced a leak in a lower wall by my kitchen sink and decided to give a plumbing company a call by the name of PIPEASE , Had a talk with a representative about the problem I was having and was advised that they would have someone come down and check the problem . Later on that day a plumber came by and came up with the solution that I needed a pipe or 2 replaced due to a puncture on a pipe . That same day the plumber handled the problem by opening a hole where the damage was , shut off the water system in the house , Replaced the punctured pipe with a new one and just like that problem fixed ! (:
