Not great results. I'd look for something else.

Delivery was fine - it came right away. I just wasn't too excited about the product because I've got sensitive teeth and the product was strong. I was expecting it to make the tooth color a lot lighter than just the regular store brand. I also had to hold the tray in my mouth for 30 minutes each night and I didn't see a lot of change. Even the picture on the cover showed the lady smiling before & after, and I wasn't too impressed with the picture, either.

Everything turned out well. The pen was easy to order, it arrived on schedule, and it had the desired effect. The staff at Whiter Image Dental was very nice and professional, too.

The original shipment was defective. I notified the company and they rushed a replacement plus a free extra pen for my trouble. Good customer service!

It was fine. It was good. They came right away. They came real quick when he said they would.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was a pen, not a service and they accepted the coupon. There were no surprises and it was pretty straightforward. It was pretty easy; it was more like buying a product than it was like a typical Angie's List kind of thing. Maybe a little bit different but overall it was a good experience. There were no delays so it was good.

I did not notice any difference after 3 weeks of using it. I saw it was three weeks from expiring so I do not know if that had anything to do with it. It had arrived in about 6 days after purchasing the item.

I paid for product, and set-up delivery time. Product NEVER arrived. Rip-off?

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. It was great. The product itself was a little irritating to my throat, but other than that it worked excellent. They sent the product to me. It was a little harsh, but it whitened the teeth very well.

It arrived quickly and did the promised job.

Everything was good. It was actually very simple to use. I liked it. You didn't have to hold it on your teeth for a long time or anything. It was just easy to use. It got a little goopy and I had to figure it out a little bit. You have to figure out how much to turn the dial, the big thing is how many times to turn the dial. It was a good product. I don't remember waiting for the pen for a long time or anything. I think it arrived on time. It did what it said it was going to do and it was convenient.

The product came in the mail and there were no appointments needed. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Everything has turned out fine.

The delivery was fine and it came quickly. However, I don't think the whitening pen did that great of a job.

They're good and I would recommend them.

I like the easy aspect of this product. Paint it onto your teeth, let it dry for 30 seconds and then leave it on for a half hour. It does seem to whiten the teeth. I like it for touch up in between more intensive whitening jobs using Crest whites strips, for example. I lie that I can try to paint it onto the back of my teeth and get it between my teeth.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. I got them for me and my daughters. They were really neat, I really liked them. It was like nailpolish, and you put it on your teeth a couple times of times, and it whitens them. It wasn't hard to use, and you could see a difference. So that was nice. We had talked about going there and getting it done, but they didn't want to go that route yet, so it was good. I would use it again. They mailed them to us. They looked like pens, and it didn't take too long for them to arrive. We didn't speak to them.

I won't buy it again. I was just busy, I didn't take the time to do it everything, thought they still have it. It is not something that I don't like he doesn't have a tray, it tastes awful, it didn't come what they actually so. I don't like it. I don't see any dentist. They just sent it to me to the mail. They provider did what they claim they were going to do. They sent exactly what I ordered so I can't say that the service was bad because they did exactly what I told them to do. I would not use them again.

It turned out nicely. I still actually have it and it is effective and very easy to use. What the vendor said would happen has happened, so it is very efficient and I would buy it again. It came in really quickly. The only thing they had to do was deliver the product, they did it, it was packed well, and it was a timely response. I had no problems.

It was ok. I believe the product is not really strong enough to make a big difference on my yellowed teeth. I had professional treatment done elsewhere and noticed a difference.

I purchased the whitening pen through the Angie's List Big Deal and am very disappointed. The pen fell apart after three or four uses (the instructions recommend applying 2-4 times a day, so this is not a lot). Did not see any results on my teeth. I did, however, find that my gums and lips were very irritated by the gel. Glad I didn't pay full price for this piece of junk - it wasn't worth the money.

It was quick and easy to use, but not as effective as I had hoped. They are graded as N/A in all the categories because they mail you th product, you don't actually see someone for it.

I prefer Crest Whitestrips. This didn't work well for me.

It worked out not as well as I would like. I think I am going back to my old fashioned mouth piece and let it work that way. I just think that the percentage in the Hydrogen Peroxide was too low. I don't think it works that well brushing it on your teeth. Slowly it just goes away. I am used to using between 12-20% so 10% just didn't quite do it. I didn't see any change or whatsoever and I know I am going to respond rapidly so I think the brush on wasn't quite working.
