Used the kit as instructed. Did see a slight difference. Instructions were easy to follow. Price of kit affordable and a good rate.

The tray was easy to use and fit to your mouth. I could notice a difference in 2 days. Yes< I would use this again!

The kits were mailed to me. The shipping was okay and they arrived in an appropriate amount of time. One of the kits was a Chic Flic Pen. It started leaking from the container rather painting on. The container started leaking. The Chic Flic Pen did not work at all and I have ended up throwing it away. The other kit came with a form that you bite into and it makes an impression in your teeth. You then put the gel inside the void where your teeth were and then place it back on your teeth. The results weren’t great, but they were adequate.

The whitener pen worked pretty well-I did see an improvement. No problems with shipping, etc. The only negative is that the pen didn't contain much product. It ran out quickly. I would suggest that they offer a larger size or refills.

Product doesn't measure up far as quality...it actually doesn't do much at all.

They mailed the product and I received the product. I am satisfied, but I am not overly pleased as to where I would consider purchasing this Big Deal again. It seemed to provide the same results as the Crest Whitestrips which you can get in grocery stores for about half the price.

Delivery was very quick. The pen worked as well as an in-home treatment for teeth whitening should.

Never received the product. This is the 4th time I have been asked to review this total failure of a transaction

I had a problem with the first whitening pen they sent - after several uses, the 'twisting' mechanism stopped working. I contacted them and they instantly sent out a replacement.

I received the pen in the mail within a week from ordering it.
