Description of Work: I had an allergic reaction to the product. When I explained the situation, they sympathized, but indicated that Angies' list was responsible for refunds. I was discouraged and disappointed that it was on me to now contact another provider for refund.

Description of Work: The advertisement was for the delivery of a teeth whiting pen. I was asked to make an appointment to get what I paid for. I want the pen, not to see a dentist or someone to apply the product. The ad is misleading.
