He had a very professional attitude. He did what he said he would do, he did it for the price he gave me, and he did the work perfectly. I would recommend him because he was punctual, neat and clean, and had no problems with the installation.

Their price was within the reasonable range, although I can't say it was comparable as it was more of an emergency. I was satisfied with the person that came out and did the work. He was very honest, thorough and he knew everything. He explained what the problem was. They had a price sheet which they already had prepared and I liked that.

They do excellent work. They are very reliable. They come when they said they are going to come. They are very professional. They were in and out and did not make any mess. They were great. You get what you pay for with them. I have used them before because of their reputation and after seeing their job I decided that these I the guys for me. Once they finish the work and go you don?t have to get them back. The quality of work is too good. They have done it neatly. They cleaned up after themselves. They have told me what they would do, when they would do it, and they did it.

They were very responsive. They seemed to be a reputable company. The guy seemed to understand what the problem was and presented me my options to fix it. I had a good experience with them. The quality of work was excellent, and they were very professional.

Great outfit. Making an appt. was easy, repairman was friendly, profressional, qualified, thoughful. Work was done on time and at the quoted price. Could NOT have had a better experience !

They seemed knowledgable and they seemed like they knew what they were doing, but they were a little pricey.

I use him a lot. He is very professional and honest. I've been ripped off a few times, but you can trust him.

Our garbage disposal wasn't working properly and after doing as much trouble shooting as we could, we called Nuhman's. The repairman came that afternoon and immediately told us that it would have to be replaced. The only disposal he had was the top of the line with no other choices unless we wanted to go get one and then it would cost us extra to have him install it. We ended up purchasing his. We also had several other, what we thought were small repairs, but which he was unable to do such as replace the handle in our bath without tearing out the marble backing. He was pleasant enough but spent his time trying to sell us a special policy for future repairs at a discounted cost. All in all we ended up with a nice disposal but no other work done.

I wanted to go with them but my contractor wanted to go with someone else who was a friend of his. They spent a lot of time and the guy even crawled under the house which none of the other guys did. He also offered to put an earthquake shutoff valve on. I felt good about them and they actually have a company. The estimator came and they were so polite. They actually gave my deposit back. His price was very competitive and I will use them in the future.

Several email exhanges with Mr. Nahman did not provide me with any viable evidence of a rebate nor would he give me a discount for the misinformation. He insists there is a rebate even with Tagaki itself denying this.

Technician was prompt. He was able to immediately identify the issues and presented a variety of options. The work was done quickly and professionally, with good cleanup afterwards.

They did a very good job. Their prices are high. They hire people with good experience. They are excellent people. They are almost 50% more expensive than other plumbers, but they do the job well. They clean up after themselves. The quality of work they do is very good. Only their price is not good.

They were on time and on budget. They were very polite. They made sure they didnt stain the carpet between the door and the water heater area. They checked all the faucets after completing the work to insure that they hadnt clogged pipes. Over all a good experience.

They were fine and I didn't have any problems. They were not the least expensive, but they came when I needed them.

The technician was very nice though not a plumber not expert by his own admission.

I had Mike come out to take a look at a leaky kitchen sink. He confirmed what I had suspected: which was that the laminate counter top had become water damaged, due to the sink problem. He came up with various helpful suggestions, and then did a temporary low-cost fix that made things water-tight until I can find a contractor for the counter and sink replacement. When I asked for a suggested contractor for the counter top, he made several calls for me while he was on site, and gave me a great reference. I also had him look at the low water pressure issue in my shower. He replaced the tub spout, which helped things considerably, then pointed out that a new shower head would also help. He told me what to look for, where to purchase it, and how to install it myself. I have always found Mike's advice very helpful, and his work is great. Mike has done other plumbing work for me in the past, and all the work has been very good. My house is old, and it's had a lot of strange, ad-hoc work done on it in the past. Mike's a good problem-solver, and is not thrown off by the curve-b**** this house sometimes throws. I always ask for Mike when I call Albert Nahman Plumbing, but I believe they have a pretty good sized crew, and they even work Saturdays now.

Plumber arrived on time, was very straightforward about pricing from the start, performed some diagnostic work to find the issue. Before starting work, he told me exactly how much it was going to cost ($149), and once I accepted this price, got right to work. It took him approximately 2 hours to remove pipes under the sink, snake the drain, replace old pipe with new, and clean up. The existing plumbing was abnormal, which I suspected, and he gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to install a new sink waste assembly. Though I declined this work today, I will call them back to do the work when I'm ready.

He fixed a toilet, a sink and a leaky faucet. He fixed a slow running faucet and showed my husband how to take care of it in the future.

They re-piped my house. They did a great job. I got the bill from them and I have already paid them. They were the lowest bid. They were completely punctual. They showed up the day they said they were going to be there. They finished when they said they would be done. They billed me exactly what they said they would bill me. I would definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

The plumber did a great job, as I had some special issues with the toilet. It works well and I like it a lot. They are very responsible and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I am not sure about the price, as I didn't really shop around. His punctuality was fine too.

For big, not detailed stuff, they are fine. But for craftsmanship-level work, don't bother.

They got everything in the timeframe I gave them, which was important. However, the project was lengthened by a forgotten portion of the project and an injured worker. The office people were responsive and easy to deal with, actually. The cost of the project increased, but overall it was a very reasonable estimate.

I ended up doing it myself. Went to About.com and saw a video on how to do it. It was tricky being upside down under the sink, but I did it in about 1 hour, including cleaning up the old parts. I had to get a new seal and plumbers putty from the hardware store before I started. That cost me less than $8. Long story short, we all know plumbers are overpriced, but this was just silly.

Great experience. After they were done the tub drain leaked slowly so I called them back and they fixed it (free of course). The receptionist is very responsive and communicative however on two occasions they had to push our appointment back slightly. I didn't mind because they called to tell me, and my plumbing problem was not an emergency (I'm sure they get primarily emergency calls). They have a "Diamond" program for committed customers to get discounts and we went ahead and joined that plan therefore we intend to use them in the future. Also the guy Mike took a look at some other things in our house and commented how he would approach fixing them. Now I just need some money so I can get all these additional needed updates to our plumbing....

The guy that came out was very kind. He didn't mind me watching so I could do it the next time. He gave me tips on where to buy supplies in the Berkley area.
