Stan was professional, polite, and REALLY helpful. As he was crawling under the house, attending to all of the things he needed to do, my sister and I were tearing out the bathroom. At one point we lacked the correct tool for part of our deconstruction, so we asked Stan to help us--- he took a minute and graciously helped us loosen something. He went above and beyond with the entire visit and we would definitely hire him back and recommend him.

The company was able to get a technician to our home the day after I placed the call asking for help. The technician arrived on time and had everything he needed to be able to complete the job. He was very friendly, informative, and efficient. The job was completed quickly and cleanly and the finished product was tested to make sure everything worked as it was supposed to. He cleaned up the job site and took all of the old parts with him when he left.

Overall it went well as it always has with Nahman. The only problem was that the price seemed a bit high for what was done.

Otis was just great. He arrived on time and he was very professional and polite. He realized that he did not have this particular double angle stop valve on his truck so he sought out an OSH nearby and went to get the parts he needed. He came back soon and did the work in a very tight space, due to the wacky configuring of drain lines under my sink. He was friendly and he answered all questions and explained things well. He definitely knows his stuff.

They were excellent. They showed up on time and were professional. They wore booties to keep the floor clean.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Otis arrived, asked what needed to be done and proceeded to check out the problems, even going under the house to check the pipes. He always made sure to keep everything clean and neat. After giving me the cost of everything, he proceeded to do the work. He was actually done a little earlier than his time estimates. I appreciated the professionalism, neatness and quality of work. We did have one problem crop up after he had left. I called the company, and he was here the next morning to fix it.

On Saturday night, while taking a shower, I noticed that the water on my bath-tub was not draining. My house has trhree bathrooms and four bedrooms. After using a plunger to "relieve" some of the water from the bath-tub, I was told by my mom that two toiletts were overflowing. I immediately stopped what I was doing. The smell was too much for anyone to handle. It was almost 11:00pm I could not call anyone. The next morning I called the first suggestion listed on angie's list. I talked to a rep before Diane called me to offer their high quality service. After talking to Diane for about 10 minutes, I told her I needed to speak to my parens about what we needed to do. She reminded me about the $269 coupon listed in angie's list. I called Diane 15 minutes later and make an appt with her. I asked for a Spanish speaking technician because my parents wanted to be part of the conversation. Immediately she found someone. The next day two technicians showed to my house around 2:00pm. I was given an estimate, at the moment is out of my budget, for the replacement of my pipes.

Great company. Would definitely use them again. They fixed a problem that had previously been "fixed" by another company. Now it's REALLY fixed!

Pilot light would go out intermittently and would not reignite. Technician arrived on time. He conducted himself in highly professional manner at all time during service call. Technician demonstrated expertise with problem unit and preformed service with well trained expertise. Technician made sure work site was completed cleaned up before presenting bill. Technician explained continuing maintenance requirement. Homeowner would request this technician for any additional service.

The estimator, Gabriel Kalmon, arrived promptly on Monday afternoon to assess the gas meter and provide a fixed price for installing the valve. He explained the work to be done clearly. They have done this kind of work before, even giving a deep discount for an entire neighborhood. He gave us a good discount for the referrral from Angie's List. We requested that the work be done soon, so he organized the workman, Chris, to come first thing Tuesday morning (convenient for both of us, as Chris lives close by). "Two hours max," Gabriel assured us. Chris began the work begun promptly at 8 am and finished by 9 am, efficient and carefully.

Arranged to have work done for my elderly father. Was not there to see the work done but the work was done on time and my Dad did not have any complaints. The one problem was I had told the plumber that I had a coupon ($129 for $200 of work) which I had left for my Dad to give the plumber. The plumber who did the work deducted 129 from the bill and not 200. A simple mistake but nevertheless my Dad would have been overcharged had I not realized something didn't add up. The company adjusted the bill and was apologetic. I am not suggesting the error was intentional; nevertheless it should not have happened. Had this not happened I would have given straight A's.

Both our toilet and sump pump stopped working shortly after Thanksgiving. William C. was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. He presented us with options and was very straightforward about the costs. He explained everything he was doing while he went along. Our toilet was not flushing well, so he first established that our water pressure was good and that there were no leaks. After removing the old toilet, he painted the wall behind it prior to installing the new one, and cleaned up afterwards. He took time to explain the functions of the sump pump as he checked and replaced it. I really appreciated the time he took doing this. Everything still works fine, and I've had him back to snake out a clogged sewer line, and will have him back later this summer to replace that. It is a great feeling to know that I have a reliable plumber to call on.

Terrible. I signed up for the big deal, where I was supposed to get discounted cost of service and premiere appointment making ability.The first visit, they overcharged me - using their regular pricing and not The DIamond Club discount pricing. Came back for second visit because they did not have the cartridge for the shower - that was fine. Everything was working fine. Fast forward, three weeks later. We had guests using the shower where a new cartridge was installed, and after the second shower, the shower would not shut-off. Called to get this fixed ASAP, but the Customer Service person said that we would have to wait until the next day to get it fixed. Finally after letting the C/S person know for the umpteenth time that we were Diamond Club Members, he finally gave me an appointment for that same day. Rinse, lather, repeat. Same issue where shower would not shut off after the second shower the next day. we had to have them come back 3 consecutive to "fix" the shower. Fast forward November - Thanksgiving. Same problem where the shower would not shut off after second shower. Had to have them come back 2 more times to "fix" the problem. I will not use their services again.

Called in the morning after smelling the horrible smell of a sewage back up problem. Talked to a representative, who told me that they were booked for the day. However, after explaining the situation and expressing that I wanted someone that day, was told that someone would come out by the end of the day. William C. came out, did a fantastic job at figuring out the situation, then gave me several options to choose from.

After a friend attempted to do a minor repair for me (replacing washers in the kitchen faucet), I was suddenly left with no hot water in my bathroom. (My friend had turned off the water to the house in order to change the washers; on his turning the water back on, the sudden rush of water through the old iron pipes dislodged a piece of rust, totally clogging the hot water pipe in the bathroom.) I consulted several plumbers. They were unable to flush out the rust. I was shocked and distressed to discover that I would have to spend thousands on replacing the rusted pipes. Albert Nahman did not offer me the cheapest bid., but I went with this company because I had a couple of friends who had used them before and been pleased with their work--and because I had a good feeling about Marlon . I have not been disappointed. Marlon and his helpers did an outstanding highly professional job. Although they had to break tile in my bathroom and make holes in walls, the repairs were so expert that the tiles and walls look intact. The workers were also considerate and friendly and cleaned up beautifully each day. Marlon was exceptionally patient and kind; he went out of his way to please me, salvaging the original tiles and making the extra effort to restore them so as to avoid having to build an unsightly door in the wall. He even came back to snake a slowly draining bathtub at no extra cost. I am writing to give Marlon my highest recommendation.

The plumber and assistant ran the "snake" and cleared the problem in an efficient and timely manner. I was contacted later by the company to see if I was interested in replacing the toilet which I declined.

Always hjire experienced plumbers! For new appliances, do some shopping around in local stores to get a general idea of what you want installed. Be fair, don't waste the time of salespeople in stores if you plan to buy directly from the installer. But just looking doesn't hurt anyone and I went to a plumbing store that I had purchased product from before.

The company responded quickly and came out promptly when they said they would arrive. The technicians were competent and assessed the problem. They needed to come out an additional time with the right equipment to do the job and then spent several hours remediating the problem. They were personable and communicated well. I would be glad to use them in the future.

Plan to follow through and fix problems they pointed out and will be calling them for further plumbing needs.

The company was very responsive to our call, seemed to understand the problem and what would be required to fix it and arranged to have someone out the next morning. William Cruz, our technician, arrived on time and was very clean courteous and professional. He immediately recognized the problem and was going to be needed to repair it and he even had the part required on his truck. The job was done very efficiently considering the very small working space he had to access the lines. He recognized the cause of the noise from the toilet and was able to advise us that is was harmless unless/until the fill-valve failed and recommended we not do anything until it did. Our only complaint was that the company's price for the plastic Quick coupling that was needed to be replaced to repair the kitchen faucet was $112 for a part that Lists for $56 and can be obtained for as little as $40.

The contractor worked until drain blockage was cleared. The company owner was responsive, and provided excellent customer service. Mr. Nahman is a consumate professional.

Their customer service and scheduling team were very responsive and I really liked that I spoke with person instead of leaving a voicemail each time we called their office.

The service was definitely above and beyond. William C called before arriving to confirm the time he was coming, and once he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and was able to pinpoint all of my issues right away. He also offered me the opportunity to fix the problem myself and told me what I needed to do (if I wanted to) before charging me the price it would take to fix my problem. It's very clear that he knows what he's doing and the cost it takes for a service call is definitely worth every penny.

Nahman Plumbing tried to clear a blockage that was causing a large rainwater backup in our back yard. They came over two days to attempt the repair. They ran a long 'snake' into the drain pipes, attempting to use a remote camera to locate the problem, but they were unsuccessful. They wanted to cut the original walkway to try to find the blockage, or possibly, to install a diversion pipe away from the drain. We declined to have Nahman do this work. We later called a drainage and foundation company, All Seasons Construction, to resolve the problem, and they were successful.
