I set things up online and received a follow-up phone call to confirm. I had a moving date in less than a week with a 4 hour arrival window. On moving day, the movers called before they arrived with an approximate time and were 10 minutes early. They carefully moved my items and were done in 15 minutes! Great job and professional. The 2 movers were Nikola and Oleg.

They are one of the few that are licensed and bonded to move across the state line, even if it's just across the river. The crew is fantastic and wrapped everything in plastic. They went room by room with me to figure out what went They organized everything in the truck. They were very professional and didn't damage anything. What impressed me the most? I never once saw them on their cell phone! In this day and age, that is rare. They really respected my items. I have a lot of antiques and they wrapped them and took great care of everything. I have an antique armoire and they took great care of it. Nothing was damaged! They were very professional. I am going to use them again, I actually left some of my items for the real estate agent to state with. They were very good with which items I was taking and which ones I was leaving. I'm going to use them again once the house sells.

In short, I was very impressed with All Service. I received an email and call from them less than an hour after submitting an online inquiry. More like 15 minutes, actually. The scheduler asked the right questions, answered all of mine perfectly, and followed up almost immediately with a recap and quote for service. 2-man Crew with truck was available when I needed it (unlike other companies I found on Angie's List and Yelp) and showed up on schedule. Driver even called 30 minutes ahead of arrival to provide an update. Danny and Isan, my movers, couldn't be more polite, hardworking, honest, or professional. Plus I discovered Danny is a recently returned Veteran and Artist who was showing some work at a Pearl District gallery I do volunteer work in. Small world, and 'thank you for your service', sir! Unlike 2 cross-country moving companies I used in the last 5 years (due to job relocation), Danny and Isan could hold a conversation and answer questions while working. Important to me since they bill by the hour (LOL!). They disassembled, wrapped, and hauled even the largest pieces of furniture down 4 flights of stairs without a scratch. Fragile items, like computer monitors, printers I use for my photo business, large TV, and framed pictures, were all handled carefully. Danny and Isan placed everything and reassembled it in my new home in a jiffy --all where I wanted it. Start to finish was 6 hours and they never stopped moving the whole time. Isan and Danny were awesome! All Service was fair and easy to work with, answered my questions, provided fast and accurate service, and were competitively priced. I would definitely use them again and feel confident recommending them to friends and family. To you too.
