Description of Work: The project was a tub to shower conversion. The project got started on time with a demolition of the existing tub, removing that and stripping the shower site back to the studs. There was a tremendous amount of mortar behind the old tile and the demolition was a tough job that generated a lot of very fine dust. The workers did their best to contain it, but it went everywhere. Meanwhile the tile I ordered was delayed and the tile setter had a conflict that delayed start of tiling for a week. The glass guys couldn't measure the door until the tiling was finished and then needed a few days to produce the glass. In all it took nearly three weeks to finish the job, but the quality of the work was outstanding and the result is a spa-quality shower that is now a highlight of the house. I had got several bids on the job which all came in about the same price. Bid prices in all cases did not include the cost of tile or replacement of valve and shower head. I had originally thought I would stay with the original valve but on inspection after the demolition, decided that replacement was a better idea and would recommend planning on that even if the installed one doesn't look too bad, The valve I chose (Moen) allows replacement of the only significant parts right through the stem hole so maintenance - if it is ever needed - will not involve breaking tile.

+ 1 moreThe crew arrived at 10:00 AM as promised. They scoped the area to determine the proper method for removal and without affecting the neighbors on any side. Once they were comfortable with the way to precede, they took down the old lanais and cleared away the debris. They fully cleaned and swept the area before completing the job. The estimate was what they charged and they were finished in only a couple of hours. I was quite pleased.
Description of Work: I needed some work done on my backyard. I wanted to replace two lanais, so I needed to remove the old structures and replace them. I had worked with Mr. Morrison from San Gorgonio before, so I requested that he look at the job. In previous encounters he has done tile work, plumbing, and woodwork for me. I find him prompt and efficient. He ia a General Contractor, so he is capable of performing most any task. The work I needed done was a medium sized project, but it was performed on the day and time it was promised and without any problems.
