I called to try to get someone out to clean my blinds right away. He called me back and was available the same day! I was estactic to get them so fast. They arrived on time and Mitch the owner /operator of the business was polite and friendly. He numbered all the blinds and took them down and then put them up. He gave me tips on maintaining my blinds. I was thinking of buying new ones and he said that I have very good heavy blinds. After he washed and put them back up, they looked brand new. I decided I didn't need to replace them , they are 16 years old and the cleaning was awesome. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.
