Eddie arrived on time. He provided an estimate over the phone. Completely professional and no nonsense. He knew exactly what he had to do. He provided keys for our locks and made suggestions with no pressure. The pricing was reasonable and he was very efficient. He kept us informed as he worked on providing us keys. He is in our phone should we need him. I have no hesitation in recommending Eddie. Totally stress free and zero drama - if only all services were efficient and honest like Eddie!!! A+++++

Eddy showed up on time and was very competent at his job. Knowing what this job cost, I found him to be very fair with his pricing for the work. Also, of great importance to me, all the paperwork was professionally presented from the Proposal and the Contract for the work to be done, which I signed. Then, after the job, I was given a professional receipt. This was as stress-free as it gets in my life. Angi should use his approach as a model and his paperwork as the standard for the entire site.

Called and was given the wrong info. I was told it would cost me over the phone to get the job done, but that was just to come over and doesnt include the fee for the job. All the tech did was remove my old lock and charged me $85.
