Eddie called me almost immediately he came did the job and was very neat and the price was fair.

Eddie showed up at the exact time of appointment and did the whole job in record time. Everything was done properly and the man was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He also noticed something that I had missed and fixed the problem. Hell yes, I would recommend Alph and already have.

Although he was unable to solve my lock problem, he was very thorough and communicated with my husband timely. He even went out of his way to find the right lock. No luck. I would recommend.

Eddy was friendly and amazing. He was efficient at communicating and the fastest vendor to get back to us. I did get estimates from others as well but no one could beat Alph Lock & Safe’s flat pricing. He was on time for our appointment and great at explaining throughout the process. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.

All locks work well and I believe the price was fair. I am disappointed because he damaged metal on my slider to accommodate an unusually large key before asking me. The slider is old and may be replaced, so not a huge problem. I am not completely happy because Home Depot made a standard size key, so I am sure could have asked and re-made the standard size keys. I would consider using Alpha again because he was available so quickly.
