Eddy was very proficient. He came few hours after I search for a locksmith just to check the site & give his quote. He came back the following day to do the job; he was very respectful; very efficient; he has all the tools needed plus even the broom to clean up the trimmings & mess afterwards. The price I think was reasonable. I would recommend him.

I was completely taken advantage of. Without consent, my doorknob was ripped off. I was forced to have them install a new knob since their work also broke my deadbolt. I just called them again and they gave me a quote much lower than what I was charged. I was only quoted the service visit and nothing else. Needless to say, I'm pissed and would like a call from your customer service department.
