Eddy returned my call request in a matter of minutes. I explained what I needed, and we arranged an appointment the same day. He arrived early, which was great - he is extremely efficient, hard working - reviewed my needs. He made suggestions which were extremely helpful. My locks were the original when we built our home over 50 years ago, and were really no longer safe with recent theft I had experienced. He replaced door handles, 8 locks in our various doors - installed dead bolts which I did not have previously. He also provided a lock for an outside gate with all of the keys being the same. Not only is his work beautiful to look at, which enhances my home, but I now feel secure in my home. He explains everything clearly - cleaned up his work areas - he is very professional, as well as friendly. I feel the price was very reasonable for the work which was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Alph Lock and Safe Company and feel secure if I need any other work done to give them a call!

Eddie provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure my locks were installed correctly and that my new home was secured. He took the time needed to install, check, and educate me on my new locks. He was even able to drill a new hole to install a deadbolt lock for my master bedroom. He knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. His prices and services are affordable. I would highly recommend this locksmith. I do plan to use his services moving forward.

Showed up on time! I love that. Took a little longer to do the job than normal because of an issue with the locks, but he solved the issue. I wish he would have had a "move in" special for new home owners other than a 5 off, more of a like of like a flat rate. over all i will use again.

Rekey Service was provided as agreed to. I also had a door lock moved from one room to another. The door lock did not lock the door after installation. I finished it myself.

I had to go get cash because his app for credit did not work. He did Arrive on time, install 1 lock and rekey 4 other within 30 minutes.
