house cleaning
+ -1 moreI can't say enough about how much I like this company. The owner, Heather Lee, calls me the day before each cleaning to remind me of the cleaning. She also calls again within 24 hours of the completion of a cleaning to make sure things went OK. This is especially important in the beginning because it takes a few cleanings to get things to be tweaked just the way I like them. In the 2.5 years since I hired this company, I have never had anything less than excellent service. The owner also works with me to reschedule around holidays and other occasional problems that might come up. And the very best part for me is that I completely trust her and the employees she hires, and I don't hesitate to provide her with a key to my house so that the cleanings can occur while I am away.
Description of Work: I hire this company to do regular light house cleaning for me. As of December, 2009, the company has been cleaning my house for 2.5 years. I get a cleaning every 2 weeks. My house is 2000 sq feet, 3 BR, 3 BA. I don't have pets or kids, so it's a pretty simple job to keep it clean.
