Coit seems to have taken a page from a well known telecommunication company - "we want your business so please make yourself available for our technician-we'll get there sometime ...everything was for their convenience not mine. Even when they had to return to redo their very bad carpet cleaning job I was told to be at the address for two hours to hold a parking spot for them ! The cleaner marked my freshly painted walls and baseboards with his hose and left it for me to clean. I also had them clean my Venetian blinds...again the two hour wait window , black marks on the blinds that I was told couldn't be removed, yet ten minuets with a Mr Clean eraser and they were gone! A lot of money for the illusion that your property is clean. Don't suppose I would ever hire them again.
