The vehicle was finally finished on 11/18/2011. The quality of work was poor. Multiple popped air bubbles in paint surface. Areas left undone and generally unacceptable for the price paid. The constant delays and excuses were endless. The attitude of both workers and owner were pathetic. I would never advise anyone to use this shop.

I was involved in a minor fender bender in which the front hood was bent and the engine required some repair. I had the car towed to Tom's and had the insurance approve their estimate. It then took six weeks to complete the body work and repair. I would call to get the status of my car and I would ask questions about what work was done, what still needed to be done, and so forth. The response was always "I don't know". I would then ask to speak to someone who did know. Well, no one was available to take my call at that time, but they would take my name and number and have someone call me back. No one ever returned my calls. I took to calling multiple times a day, still with no result. I even went to the shop a few times and was given a litany of excuses each time, many of which didn't jive with the excuses I'd been given on a previous visit. Simply a very frustrating customer service expereince. Upon picking my car up when it was finally ready, I found the car trashed. The back rest of the back seat had been taken apart and left on the floor board behind the front seat and the back seat was taken apart. My husband had to put it back together as it was too heavy for me to do. In addition, all my things in my car had been thrown around haphazardly. To repeat, a very poor, frustrating customer service experience.
Description of Work: I had some body work done on the hood and some repair work done on the engine.

Awful, heartbreaking.
Description of Work: 1988 Camaro Iroc 280Z brought to shop for estimate. Price seemed fair and Tom (owner) talked a good talk. Appointment scheduled for 10/24/2011 to have vehicle repainted. Time frame was 7-10days to be completed. Multiple delays occurred and vehicle was finally promised to be ready 11/11/2011. The aggravation and conflicts from this transaction was very stressful for the vehicle's owner. He died of a massive MI before seeing the finished car.The paint had multiple air pocket bubbles, frame over day never done and frame around the top not touched either.Very disappointing and strongly suggest not patronizing this establishment.
