The did a great job. On time and budget. Very thorough and neat. A+ and we would definitely use them again for any painting job

We were very pleased with their promptness, professionalism and of course the outcome.

They came out and quoted on Wednesday gave a great price, my husband confirmed they take Visa. We scheduled the work and they showed up Friday and pressure washed and scraped the Fascia. ( I would suggest covering pool & ground for clean up reasons - we had paint chips everywhere and we have 2 dogs.) He brought the Painters by and showed them what was to be painted and what colors we had picked out. Painters showed up at 7:00 AM and got right to work. Did a Great job. Then we got a text asking for a Check. My Husband had already asked about using a credit Card. They explained they had problems with the credit Cards and would prefer a check. I said I don't have that money available. They Showed up today to get payment and Charged an additional $50.00 for using Credit. Don't advertise on your website that you take Credit if you don't accept it. When you write up a quote tell the customer up front that there is an additional fee for CC use.

I was so pleased with the paint job! Walter showed up on time for our initial discussion on what needed to be done and the work began as scheduled...no delays which seems to be common with many contractors. He and his father came by on numerous occasions just to check on the progress. Their employees were fantastic! Very professional, friendly and cleaned up each day before leaving my home. I was worried unnecessarily after being burned more than once by other contractors. They were very patient and re-assuring ---put me at ease! I do have a couple of very minor details on touchups which I'm sure will be taken care of. Anyone thinking of repainting their home should MOST DEFINITELY go with SunGuard! Can't say enough good things about this company! Very happy and will be recommending them to others! :) On another note, Sungaurd is very honest and fair with their pricing. They don't try to overcharge or add in any hidden costs after the fact. Love this company!

They came out and we talked about the work I needed done. The work that I would need done is about 4 x's the cost of the deal. We are not sure what we want to do about the painting and wanted a refund before we decide.

The project involved painting the interior of a manufactured home. Originally the plan was to use a primer and then a second coat of neutral color. However, they ended up painting three coats of the neutral color to attain the exact appearance desired. The doors and door frames were painted white. They taped the project and started painting the first day and finished about 4:00pm on the second day. The end result was beautiful and everything I expected. They touched up as we walked through the house and offered to come back if I found areas that needed further attention. I haven't found any significant problems just minor places I could dab paint on. Ample paint in both colors was left with me and all of the paper tape, empty paint cans and supplies were removed. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Sunguard to anyone for interior or exterior painting.

Received 4 different quotes then call them. They came out and beat everyone's price as other reviewers had stated. Walter really wanted the job. He called to ask several times if I made a choice. I liked that they wanted it and weren't just like here's the estimate and then you don't hear from them again. I got the HOA approval and then they came right out and got started. Day one was there early and got everything prepped. Repaired stucco and any cracks. Patched up cracks in ceiling of covered patio also. They were very good. Next day came out and painted. I can't believe they got it all done in one day. You would think they rushed and didn't do a good job. Not true at all. It was amazing. Looks like a new house. They moved all the stuff out of the way that was around the house and in the back of the house. They also put everything back. That was nice since other people who came out said you need to move or would charge me to move it. You can tell that they take pride in their work. Walter was on site quite often making sure everything was going good. I wasn't there but my daughter was while work was going on. Walter called me anytime he had a question though to make sure he was doing what I wanted. I wasn't there when they left so the next day I found a few tiny (very minor spot that had to be retouched). I called him and they came out the very next morning and took care of everything. If you are getting your house painted you need to call them. They will do an amazing job. They are just as picky as I am. They take pride in their work and want you to be happy.

The provider originally came, inspected the home, carefully walked the property and listened to what we needed performed on the paint job. The bid was excellent and fair. The arrived the day and time that they scheduled, the workers carefully and thoroughly repaired the stucco walls, sealed, etc.They power washed the home and walls and spent alot of time tapping and preparing the home. They took care to protect surrounding landscaping. The workers worked hard and finished exactly when they said they would. The next day they all returned - including owners- they inspected the job, touching up any areas that needed ( without me saying anything). They were very professional and provided the best bid. We would highly recommend them.

He was very nice, but his estimate was much higher than another bid I had received so I decided not work with him based on this.

George came to give me an estimate on Friday and his crew was here on the following Monday. They were neat and did not have any overspray because they did such a careful job of masking. All in all I am very happy and would use them again without hesitation.

When searching for a exterior house painter I called two companies, Josephs Paint Company and Sunguard Paint Company. Josephs Paint Company failed to show up for the pre-arranged bid appointment, but did come out several days later. There bid was 33% higher than Sunguard and I was a little irritated that the bidder said he would email me the bid which he never did. The quote was written on the back of his business card and when I complained about the price being 33% higher than the Sunguard bid, he later called me and reduced the bid by $400 which didn't change my bid selection process. Walter from Sunguard was early for his appointment and we walked the property to discuss the job. We agreed on a price, colors, and schedule to paint the home. Walters 2 man crew power washed the house and repaired any loose stucco, caulked, and filled in the cracks. The crew was pretty efficient and cleaned up after themselves and were pretty conscious in doing a god job. My only minor complaint was that they didn't back roll as they sprayed, in which my last paint job they did. But in Arizona the exterior paint jobs only last 5-7 years anyway so I didn't make too much of a fuss about it. When the paint job was complete, Walter and his dad came out and looked at the job and to pick up a check for payment. His 2 man crew remained on site as we walked the property inspecting any touch up that needed to be done in which they accommodated my requests. Both my wife and I thought that Sunguard did a good job for us and the home does look very good. There were no major complaints from us like paint overspray on anything surrounding our home like lawn furniture window screens etc....The crew was very thoughtful in protecting our property.

It went very well. This was an Angie's List Big Deal. He came out soon after the purchase to look at the property and was very patient about the amount of time it took me to decide on the colors. Once that was done he was able to schedule me and everything went as expected. They took the time to answer any questions I had, did a quality job and cleaned up nicely when done.

I have to begin by saying, this is the best company I have ever had the joy of working with. I called Sunguard and spoke with Walter, the son. He and his father came out immediately and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. I didn't bother getting any other bids. In our initial encounter with Walter, he walked us around the house and explained how they would fill all the cracks in the stucco and repair the tops of the parapets and the materials they would use to do it. We scheduled for them to begin work in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they showed up and did the most amazing job on our house. Carlos and Vladamir meticulously filled all the cracks and repaired the tops of the parapets just as Walter had described, then proceded to tape off and cover with brown paper all the windows, doors, patios, gates, plants and rocks. Then they painted, not only the house but also our garden walls, our pool walls, the planter walls and the property line walls as well!!! The walls were not in the bid but they did them anyway. Next the guys did the interior painting and once again were so careful and meticulous about all their work. It looks fantastic. All this work was done in record time. My neighbors loved their work so much that they had their house painted as well and I have to say that their house, which involved 3 colors, turned out beautifully too and they, like us, are ecstatic. Easiest contractor I have ever used. Showed up early, cleaned up after, courteous. My neighbors love my new house look.

When I called SunGuard Custom Painting to schedule an appointment for an estimate,George's son answered. He asked if I were going to get any other estimates and I told him I was. He asked me to get all the other estimates first then call him back. He told me he would beat all other estimates. I did that, called him back and he and his father, George came out three days later as I requested. They did indeed quote an estimate significantly below any of the others I had received. The team came out about a week later. The first day they power washed the house; the second day they did any repairs necessary, caulked all areas needed and taped and covered all windows, sidewalks, patio etc.; the third day they arrived at 7:00 a.m. and started painting. The entire house was complete including all clean-up by 3:30 that afternoon. The house looks fantastic! George's sons came by at least three times throughout the day to check on the progress and to make sure all was done well. His team of three men were very considerate, efficient and proficient at their jobs. We couldn't be more pleased. Our neighbors and a friend are planning to paint their homes and we are definitely going to encourage them to call SunGuard Custom Painting.

The guys did a fantastic job on the front of the home! The Stucco work blends in perfectly with the existing stucco and an excellent paint job makes the home look 100% better. The company is very accommodating to my needs and budget limit. Planning on rehiring them for the repair/paint job on the back of the home. Budget permitting of course. Thanks Again Walt & Co.

They did a great job of painting the complete exterior of my home. My neighbors say the home looks like new and we feel the same way as well! - The employees/painters were polite and mild mannered. - Sunguard did some extra minor fixes not discussed during initial estimate/quote. Very nice of them. - They were fast at what they do. I initially thought the entire job will take 4 to 5 days but they completed everything in about 2.5 days. - They cleaned up well at the end of each day, as well as after completing everything. - They even left some paint of all colors used in case I need it down the line, again very nice of them. Would recommend Sunguard to my friends.

The guys did an awesome job. They came as expected and prepped the first day and painted the nest day. We are very satisfied with their performance.

George responded within minutes to our initial email. He called the next day and came out the day after. Within 2 days of that visit (and estimate), Alex came out and painted everything in about 2 hours. We were not inconvenienced at all. Alex was even pleasant when we brushed the wet paint! The entire process was very pleasant. George double checked to make sure we were happy. Very prompt, they produced what they promised, and were very professional during the entire process. We want to paint the inside of our house this year and we will definitely call George first! We would recommend to any of our friends.
