Sunguard Custom Painting

Excellent job. Crisp lines, few drips, amazing job. Entire house, from start to finish was done in 3 days. They came back to touch up some bubbles that formed on the doors due to humidity. All in all, very pleased with the work done.

The painters did our house in only 3 days. They did an excellent job and touched up any spots we pointed out to them expediently. We had different colors in some of the rooms but they took care to make sure it was the color we wanted before they started. We were very pleased with the outcome. The guys are hardworkers and they worked until 8-9pm at night to make sure the job got done as quickly as possible.

We took a very long time to decide on our colors after purchasing the deal and they were very patient. Once we got the HOA approval, Walter contacted me immediately to schedule the service. Good communication through out. The first day they were on site they pressure washed down the entire house and patched the stucco and fixed warped trim. The next day they came and taped off all the windows and doors and had the job done by the end of the day. While they were painting the patio they noticed some leaks that needed repaired and called and asked if we would like them to take care of it , and we did have them do it, since they were already there and capable. House looks great. Would use them again. Great pricing and good quality work.

The only issue we had was a communication problem, I was asked if I wanted the fence painted and said yes, I assumed it would be repainted the same color as it was but came home to find it the same color as the house. They fixed it no problem but just a warning don't assume, always ask and verify.

Sunguard Custom Painting worked with our family while we decided on the color. They were very accommodating and didn't try to rush us as they understood how important of a decision the color was to my Mother. Once we had the color picked out, Sunguard started the job on time and completed the project in 3 days! The results were amazing!! The repair work was done so well that you cannot see where any cracks had been. We couldn't find any over-spray anywhere. The cleanup was great. Everyone involved was totally professional and skilled in their craft. We would definitely hire Sunguard Custom Painting again.

If you don't mind getting the inevitable upsell on the Angie's list "deal", clean up lots of overspray and drips found even after making them clean up the very obvious ones. I would expect a professional paint crew to use more drop cloths to keep paint drips off of pavers, drive way, etc. Go ahead use these guys. But I would recommend finding someone else, using your due diligence, getting three quotes, and make sure you inspect everywhere when they're done. I wouldn't recommend them or use them again in the future. I gave them an A for punctuality because, once scheduled, they did show up when they said they would.

These guys did a great job in no time on the same day I called.

They had an issue with the stucco around the doors, but they applied the textured stucco in such a way that everything matched. We are very pleased with their work.

We called Sunguard Painting to provide us with an estimate to paint the exterior of our large house. They came out the next day. Walter was very knowledgable and made some great suggestions. We agreed on the scope of work and the price and the painters came out bright and early the next day. Even though it was extremely hot the painters did an excellent job, worked tirelessly and completed the work in three days. The clean-up was spotless and the quality of the work fantastic. We highly recommend them andwould definitely use Sunguard again.

Walter assisted us in selecting two different wall colors and one additional accent color. A week before painting the inside of our home, he put nine color samples on our walls of various shades of Greys and blues that we selected from a color fan. The painters paid great attention to detail throughout the process. We are happy with the quality of work, and especially appreciate Walter's professionalism and responsiveness to any questions and concerns. The price was fair in light of the quality and quantity of work.

The guys were there right on time and started to set up. They washed and cleaned the outside of the house. Then they went around and filled in all the cracks and holes in the stucco. Then they went and covered all the windows to keep the paint off of them. Once al the windows were covered they started to paint the house. The base coat went down then the trim was done it took most of the day. But we are very happy with the colors and the outstanding work that was done.

Owners came and took copious notes on what I wanted done, even made very appropriate color recommendations. Painters arrived on time, worked through the day to complete the job in one day. I had moved the furniture that I could; painters were diligent in covering everything else. Dust was kept to a minimum, and the painters were extremely neat. Post-job cleanup was excellent. There were just two items that needed additional attention - the owners came themselves to deal with these issues. I was most satisfied.

Crew arrived promptly at 7 am and began prepping the house. Every surface that was not to be painted was covered in plastic which took them all morning. Not only did they move all the furniture in order to paint and return it to its original location but they removed many heavy pots from the pot shelves, rehung curtains, rehung large paintings and repaired an unbalanced ceiling fan that had been unbalanced for years! They also replaced 4 flood lights in the cathedral ceiling that had burned out. They were polite, friendly and very helpful since I am an older woman alone. They didn't mind lifting the heavy objects for me.

Owner was responsive, on time and willing to go the extra mile for service. Work was high quality and used high quality materials. They repaired stucco and waterproofed areas at risk of irrigation. Great job. Already recommended to my neighbor. House looks great.

He provided everything he committed to. My house was power washed, stucco repaired, and painted. My house is two stories with three colors and everything was painted like I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't need any money up front. I didn't pay anything until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I was also surprised that the entire process only took two days. I will use them again when my house needs another paint job.

It went as smoothly as it could have. Walter was great - he is very responsive, whether by phone, text, or Angie's List message. The crew came and delivered the paint to the back yard on the evening of the first day. On the second day, the crew came to power-wash the house, then patch and seal the cracks and holes in the stucco. Later that day, they painted the base color, including the concrete foundation. The third day, they finished painting the trim, cleaned everything up and were out of here by early afternoon with everything looking great. Very nice work.

Everything went very quickly within a few days time and the paint quality and quality of work was great. The major stucco wall repair was handled quickly. I should have made sure my wooden trellises and outside of the walls were included as part of the price as I thought it was but apparently it wasn't. That was my fault not the company though. They offered very fair pricing to include such after the fact, although we had not budgeted for such. So majority of the painting we needed done was completed and any little items we pointed out of concern were addressed quick and fairly. Owner Walter and his helper George came onsite a few times and checked over the worker's work and to make sure things were being done properly and reviewed with us each time. They are attentive and always offering to do more and make suggestions for other improvements while onsite. Just wish we had a bugger pocket book to do be able to do more. He worked well with us throughout.

They came one day and did the pressure washing of the walls. The next morning they arrived early and began the prep work, then started the actual painting. There was a crew of five. One person, the guy who seemed in charge, did the main painting with his spraying device while the others climbed ladders and painted the trim. At the end of the day they invited me to inspect the job and I requested another small accent area be painted the same color as the trim which they promptly did. All in all they painted the house, the wood trim, my garage door, my front door, my metal gate attached to the house and the underside of the eaves of the house. The house looks great and I already received complements from neighbors.

Awesome job! Very good about making sure we were happy with the job, cleaned up afterward. This was a much better experience than I expected it to be, due to the fact that literally everything was done!

Staff was very efficient and completed on time. They did great job and house looks great.
