Sunguard Custom Painting

AMAZING! They started monday were done by thursday! I've never had such a seamless experience. They were also a pleasure to do business with. If you are looking to paint your house - don't look any further!

Within less than 48 hours of receiving my estimate, my painting job was completed. My house had not been painted in 7 years and the original paint probably was not high quality, so there was a lot of peeling and chipping from baking in the desert sun. The end result surpassed my expectations in terms of execution and speed. The crew was meticulous and extremely polite. My paint job looks amazing, the quality of paint used was higher than what was originally there, and the price was reasonable for the quality of the materials and work completed. Other than some vines that I opted to have my gardener re-trellis on the walls of the house, everything was returned to original order, including outdoor furniture that needed to be moved. Would highly recommend Sungard Painting.

After speaking to Walter a date was set and the crew was there when expected. They were very professional and wasted no time in in starting work. They pressure washed the house and repaired all of the areas in the stucco where needed. They completed the wall and the trim the first day. They arrived the next day and completed the project. Very pleased with the results.

Absolutely wonderful company to work with! George answered all my questions, and many that I didn't know I had! Eduardo and his crew were neat, friendly, and very efficient. So happy with the entire process.

I first have to say. When a Company tells me no upfront money. You pay me when the job is done. That told me I was dealing with a Company that was going to do an Outstanding job. And that is what I got. When I drove up on my house I was so pleased with the look of it. It looked like A brand New Home. Walter and George met with me and we noted all work to be done. They were both helpful and knowledgeable, and George did follow-up during the service to make sure all was going well. They told me that their service would be within one to two weeks, and they did provide the service during the second week. The workers and painters were friendly and very hard-working. They did all work as requested, and I found their work to be top quality. I am very pleased with their performance, and would highly recommend them.

George was very prompt to meet with us and arrange for our house to be painted. Their work was excellent and they went the extra step of removing all old wires from previous owner's DISH setups. The entire process was effortless and we would certainly use their services again.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and Walter came out the same day. We had received two other estimates and Sunguard was lowest of the three. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait approx 5 weeks to get the work scheduled. But once they began the work, it went quickly. The finished product is superb! The workers were pleasant and professional and cleaned up well after they were done. Overall we are very satisfied with the work and will recommend their services to others and not hesitate to use them again.

The company is A+; Walter is very respectful and extremely polite. He promised and delivered on what was agreed upon prior to start date and pricing is reasonable. His crew showed up on time every day and was very respectable with my property/ patio furniture. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

George and his crew did an AMAZING job and I couldnt be happier with the results. My house hadn't been painted in a long time but now it looks practically brand new, and i have a 30 year old house! George met with me and walked my property on more than one occasion to make sure he understood the work I wanted done and recommendations he made shows he's a true professional and loves his trade. The paint is an acryllic type on the exterior that looks fantastic and has a rubberized feel which is great to protect against the elements. His team took extra care to prep everything really well and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I also had a few extra special needs such as i had gravel that needed to be raked back to the ground line for painting, and old coaxial cable I asked to have his crew remove from the house walls (since I no longer have satellite/cable service). Without hesitation he agreed this would be done, and it was done well! Top of the mark service. Thank You George for making my home look beautiful!

Contacted SunGuard for an estimate and set appointment for between 2 - 3pm. Received call from painters saying they were in the area and could I meet them in 15 minutes to see the property. I could not meet them, as the house is 30 minutes away but reminded them of the appointment. The painters response was that they would not be able to make that. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism and communication from SunGuard. I will be finding another company for ALL my painting needs.

Sunguard started and completed the project on-time, at the quoted price and performed all tasks as advertised. The workers were very cordial and polite. They even painted our gutter materials (not yet installed) to match our new trim color - at no additional cost. The father and son (owners) visited the job site several times to review job specifics and progress. Bruce came out the following day for a final inspection and perform any needed touch-up.

They were extremely efficient, prompt, careful, and professional. We were very pleased, would highly recommend them, and would have no reservations contracting with them again. After having our house painted numerous times over the years, they did probably the best job yet.

Amazingly well. Walter was easy to work with and accommodating multiple detail requests that I had on how to paint my house as well as paint to use. Walter and his team showed up on time and got right to work, washing the exterior and taping on day one. On day two they began painting and were complete on day 4. Most of the last day was spent cleaning up and touching up. An amazing painting experience. I will definately call Walter and Sunguard again for my next paint job.

It was great working with Walter and his crew. There was good communication, the crew was very professional and conscienious. Job was completed as promised. We had quite a few cracks in the stucco that were all repaired. Our 24 year old house looks brand new! Couldn't be happier with the job and would highly recommend Sunguard.

They did an excellent job in all aspects. The repair work was very good and the prep before painting and the actual painting of a 5200 square foot home was flawless. The house exterior looks brand new.

Purchased a $2500 deal on Angie's List, but since we exceeded the sq. footage, we were charged an additional $1000. Everything from first contact to completion of the project was handled in a very professional manner. Walter, his son and crew were extremely punctual, polite and accommodating. Walter also went out of his way to assist in finding the appropriate color match, not an easy task. The actual painting was done by Carlos and crew and they did an excellent job under very difficult conditions (high winds). I would hire them again without hesitation.

Walter came to my home to give me a estimate. A couple of weeks later the work was completed. Everything went well, the pool wall turned out very good.

He came out to do the estimate and then decided that my home was too far away and he didn't want to do the work. They're located about 20 miles away from my home in Apache Junction but he stated that he worked mainly out of Scottsdale which is about 70 miles away. His profile states that he services valley wide, which we're definitely in, but he decided that he didn't want to do the work.

I used the Las Vegas branch of Sunguard. 1 person came to my home the day before the painting to power wash the house. At 8:00 am the next day 3 painters showed up and began the process of masking. About 2 hours later they began painting the house, trim, doors, etc. They finished the initial painting at about 3 pm and spent the next 1 1/2 hours meticulously going over ever square foot of their painting looking for any flaws and correcting them. To say they have extreme attention to detail would be an understatement. I am very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone ( including my closest friends ).

George checked in regularly, answered all of my questions, worked with me patiently on the paint selection of the house until I made the final selection-which was his original suggestion! Their crew doing the work were not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but they were great to work with. Everything I asked them to do, they did with enthusiasm and a smile, both men were incredibly hard working. They prepped the property thoroughly before starting the work. I asked if they would trim branches that hit against the house, without any hesitation, they said yes and it was done. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and did the work very well. They deserved the "A" rating without question. I would definitely have them come back!
